Easy access to all the highlights in Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg. Tampa's Busch Gardens & neighboring waterpark, great Lowry Zoo, arts/symphony/theater etc. are about 1/2 hour away. Disney attractions/Orlando is only a 1.5 hour drive - easy for a day drive to Disney World. Nearby parks offer hiking to secluded beaches. At the Marina you can rent a boat for fishing, or select a Pirate, Dolphin or Dinner cruise. A boaters dream. - ask about 27ft boat slip rental - you're mere minutes to the gulf and miles of inter-coastal waterway!

Holiday Heaven

Well what can we say ... the advert says it all, this is an excellent, luxurious and very spacious home from home. We stayed here in September 2008 - 4 adults of 55+ and we had a really great time. The excellent spacious accommodation was perfect for us and we made full use of the lovely balcony with excellent views down the inlet eating outside at all times. The position is great, ideal if you just want to walk to the beach or along to Pier 60 and the lovely harbour but also very well located for all the other lovely beaches in the area and all local attractions are very easy to get to. Went on the evening dinner dance trip which was excellent. Eating out also very reasonable and Jimmy's is a must for great sunsets and good food. Instructions for finding condo easy to follow, parking of car and lift to condo also great. Pool area small but lovely and there are also seats etc provided for taking to the beach - superb is the only word necessary for staying here. Highly recommended for any age group. Will certainly recommend it to friends and family and hopefully go again ourselves one day. Everything is provided for a great holiday.

Just back from staying in this condo, and what a surprise it was when we got there, far bigger than we were expecting. The rooms just seem to go on and on, and all very well furnished and equipped, the pictures don't really do it justice.

Ideal base minutes from the beach and right on the waterfront, there was even a Manatee swimming a few yards from the pool deck while we were there, fantastic.

It is also on a quiet stretch of road and we were never disturbed by any sort of noise, even though you are within easy walking distance of Pier 60 and numerous eateries.

Also withing easy driving of Busch Gardens and the rest of the areas attractions, and don't forget Clearwtater aquarium, that really is a must see.

Totally recommended.

Excellent Condo

We stayed here Nov 08. Description is accurate but does not do the place justice. We loved the layout spaciousness and hi spec. finish. Very well equipped with everything you could need, well maintained and spotlessly clean.
Owner difficult to contact prior to arrival.I was worried as we had not experienced this with previous rentals. However everything was fine and on arrival there is someone available at all times for advice or problems.
We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay near the beach. Ate at Britts beach bar ,Cesar's Italian Restaurant young people in our group liked Kelly's bar live bands etc. Played Golf at Clearwater Country Club and Tarpon Springs great rates $30 including cart. Unfortunately the weather was disappointingly cold we did not use the excellent pool or barbeque area. Maybe next time !

This condo really had the wow factor. It slept 7 of us comfortably and was a lovely place to spend the second week of our holiday after doing all the parks in Orlando the first week.

Only a 2 minute walk from the Clearwater beach, bars and restaurant - we were all very sad to be leaving.

All our group would love to return in 2009 and if we manage to we will be booking this condo again.

What a great place!

The Condo is in exactly the right location in Clearwater Beach. The white sandy beach is less than 5 minutes stroll and there are several good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The Condo is huge and extremely well appointed with every appliance you would need. The pool and hot tub (really warm!!) is great. The Condo has off street parking and an elevator so there is no need to worry about access. The Condo is excellently maintained and really really clean. The owner provided really clear instructions and kept us informed regularly and we would have no hesitation in recommending this Condo to our friends.

There is plenty to do in the area e.g. dolphin spotting, fishing charters, jet ski hire all within 10 mins walk and you have the benefit of not having to pay for parking. There seems to be a program of redevelopment in Clearwater Beach so there are several construction sites but this was far enough away from us not to cause any problems.

After a week in the theme parks in Orlando, this Condo is the perfect way to relax and unwind.
