The child-friendly home is on the ground floor of a private house next to the large pool terrace. There are two rooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the large living room there is an open, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a friendly, comfortable sofa to relax. Books, games, TV and radio can be used. The sleeping area with double bed is optically shielded. The adjoining room with two pull-out sofa beds can also be used as living room and bedroom. On the upstream, covered patio is just a few steps to the pool, the depth of some 2.80 m allows even a dip in the refreshing water. On the large pool terrace and the adjoining garden area you can relax, the kids have plenty of space and all sorts of ways to play. The entire outdoor area is at guests' exclusive use.

Golfers:: Since the Costa del Sol so rightly called the Costa del Golf is called, here in the immediate environment, a wide range of different golf courses that allow a golfer's heart beat faster.

Skiing:: For skiers in the winter months offer a ride (1.5 hours) on the snowy slopes of the famous ski resort in southern Spain 'Sierra Nevada' in Granada, you can ski in the morning - afternoon on the beach!

Getting there:: Before your arrival we will send you a detailed route description. You can rent a car directly at Malaga airport and just 15 minutes drive time to reach you know your vacation home.

The property is located at the end of a residential street in a small residential area and is surrounded by greenery and tranquility, broken only by birdsong. In the historic center of Mijas Pueblo, one of the typical white villages of Andalucia, one arrives in a few minutes drive away as is a short distance away near the coast and the wide sandy beaches. Who wants to leave the car at once, can run in 3 minutes through the park adjacent to the bus stop to go to the beach or downtown. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops for all daily needs or for a shopping spree. The night owls found in discos and karaoke bars, a full evening program. For culture lovers, the apartment is a good starting point, about Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda to visit. This is offered as a guided bus tour. For children there are amusement parks and many other attractions.

  • Cancellation costs of the tenant when the contract cancellation: in case of cancellation until 90 days before the keys are 20% of the rent payable for cancellations within 30 days before key handover 50% of the rent is payable for cancellations within 10 days before the keys are 80% of the rent due.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this lovely apartment for two weeks in July and would not hesitate to go back. The apartment is spotless and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches like lamps, books and candles make it very homely and welcoming. The outside area was spacious, secluded and serene. The pool was a good size and we spent a lot of time in there cooling off!

The owners, Heinz and Margot, are delightful and gracious hosts who were genuinely interested in making your stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing was too much bother and yet they were never intrusive.

We didn’t hire a car as there was a bus stop about five minutes walk away from the apartment which ran regularly and did us just fine.

If you are looking for rest and relaxation (reading in the flower filled garden area, picking lemons from the orchard or listening to the sound of crickets lull you to sleep) then Casa de Oscar is a wonderful place to while away your days.
