This attractive and comfortable cottage is conveniently situated in a quiet residential area of ??Puerto Pollensa just a short walk from the beach and town center with an excellent selection of shopping and leisure facilities. The ground floor has a spacious living / dining room with access to a glazed winter garden and pool area, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, guest WC and a staircase leading to the mezzanine, where you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a beautiful sunny terrace . The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom and another bathroom. The well-maintained and fully fenced garden, with its spacious lawns and outdoor hot tub perfect for families with children of all ages. Several terraces offer a truly fabulous setting for alfresco dining with friends and family.
