Welcome to Bear It All! This wonderful newly constructed cabin, located in the majestic mountains of beautiful Blairsville Georgia, offers everything you would want in a peaceful and exciting getaway! As you may have already figured out, the motif for Bear It All is, well, bears! We are available for rental as a 1BR, 2BR or 3BR cabin so call us Today!
When you walk up onto the wraparound covered porch, you are greeted by four of the most comfortable rocking chairs ever made (we have 6 rockers on two levels), offering wonderful opportunities for sharing coffee and sunrises or drinks and sunsets! Will you head to the enormous screened porch with bar and oversized Jacuzzi hot tub or decide to come inside and see what else Bear It All has to offer? The choice is yours, but for now, let us head inside the cabin.
Upon entering the spacious cabin, you will find yourself in one of the coziest vaulted family rooms ever constructed. Beautiful embroidered fabric sofas and loveseats will provide hours of cuddling in front of one of the five flat-screen television sets or the romantic gas log fireplace. Keep going and you will arrive in the fully-furnished kitchen and inviting dining room where you can cook up a storm or enjoy snacks and ice cold beverages. All necessary appliances are provided for your convenience. Please note, per guest comments, that additional place settings have been purchased and there should be at least 10 settings available.
You may now proceed to the main floor bath or the spacious second bedroom. The bedroom features ample closet space, wonderful views, a large dresser, smart alarm clock/radio, phone, and a 27-inch flat-screen TV with satellite.
All wood stairs lead you up to the 'Reading Room' loft where you can relax in the most comfortable seat in the house (the pappason) and read your favorite novel or pick out one of our mountain offerings from the Canoe Library.
Once you have finished your book, you will want to retire to the vaulted master bedroom where you can freshen up for dinner in your private bathroom or kick back, relax, and watch a show on your 27-inch flat-screen television. Step outside through french doors onto your private, covered, second-floor balcony and sit in one of the two Amish rocking chairs with separate foot rockers and take in a gorgeous mountain sunset. After your sunset, you may want to change into a bathing suit and head outside to the enormous screened porch bar area, but do not forget your favorite beverage! The master bedroom also has smart alarm clock/radio and a phone.
Out back, you will find a fantastic deck with a wonderful, four-burner, gas grill that cooks steaks to perfection! Head on into the screened porch, flip on your neon bar lights, and you will find a one-of-a-kind craftsmen bar with three craftsmen wood stools positioned perfectly to view your favorite movies or sports shows on the 27-inch outdoor flat-screen television!
Jump into the hammock chair and swing around or park it at the corner cafe breakfast nook, or just recline in the two padded lounge chairs or three white bar back stools. Most of all, you will want to grab your partners in crime and jump into the seven-person, top-of-the-line, Jacuzzi Hot Tub with a double waterfall and light show. There is an individual seat to please everyone, but we recommend sharing it with the ones you love.
After drying off, head down to the finished basement for a game of Ping-Pong on your professional Stiga table, park it at the new folding bar or poker table and take in a movie or some sports on the new basement television set. If you have chosen the 3BR 3BA option, then unlock the 3rd master suite (separate key code will be given)and enjoy your spacious newly completed private basement oasis. Or, if you are feeling outdoorsy, choose to take a refreshing walk down the gravel road. Either way, you are sure to enjoy yourself here at Bear It All!
Bear It All is completely furnished to suit your every need. All of the walls are 100% white pine with NO DRYWALL! All of the floors are 100% yellow pine. There is more than adequate closet space and dressers for clothing. With five flat-screen televisions, all with Dish Network satellite TV, you will not be far from your favorite shows or sporting events. If it is raining, better yet! You'll love the sound of the rain pitter pattering on your Tin Roof (well, it's really steel), especially while you lounge in the Hot Tub!
Need to catch up on some emails or work that requires internet access? No Problem! We have just installed HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS!
Do not forget to walk down to your private deck overlooking the creek!

My name is Craig Levine and I am a realtor who has seen tons of homes over my 20 year career. Having seen so many homes, I had a good idea of how to turn BearItAll into a wonderful vacation home with all of the amenities that I would want at my primary residence without all of the commotion.
Craig purchased this cabin in 2005
I chose this Blairsville location because it is central to so many activities in the mountains. From hiking the Appalachian Trail (10 minutes away) to boating and fishing on 3 major lakes (30 minutes away) to having drinks in the Bavarian town of Helen (25 minutes away), BearItAll is conveniently located, yet, in the midst of the Chattahoochee National Forest.
I love to hike and am always hitting the plethora of wonderful trails within 20 minutes of the cabin. I also have a motorcycle and love to get out on the scenic roadways in the vicinity. The main reason I come up here is to enjoy some rest and relaxation. The BearItAll cabin has been designed with an escape in mind.
Bear it all was the perfect choice for my teddy bear of a husband. But Craig, my house at home has more bears than yours except for the live one that frightened me on our arrival. Cheston was most helpful and put my mind at ease about the bear. The week went by too fast as we golfed, enjoyed meals at Fatz Café and visited a wonderful place called Foxfire over by Mountain city. Missed seeing the deer but I guess they were well fed in the woods. The hot tub was great and we never did make it to play ping-pong as steps are a problem for Teddy. Thanks again for a lovely vacation!
THe cabin has everything you need for a wonderful peaceful stay. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday & loved the view in the mornings. We visited the Vogel State park & the wonderful waterfall there. We also made the kids hike about 5 miles. We went horseback riding and enjoyed the mountain view. We also went to Chattanooga and tried the incline railway. VERY scary but was glad to see the view at the top. We loved the cowboy store and spent too much money there. We had a peaceful time and played lots of games and ate way too much. We will come back and enjoy the cabin again soon. It is a wonderful way to have family time and enjoy nature. The pictures on this site do not do the cabin justice. It is fabulous. Thanks for reading this review. Book it today.
Had a great time this weekend playing golf at Butternut in the morning and then watching the Masters from the hottub when we got back. The cabin was really nice but the back deck, flat screen TV, grill, and hottub were all we needed. You should probably head inside after 9pm because there are neighbors/cabins close by who enjoy their peace and quiet.
We stayed the week of Thanksgiving this year. there were 3 bedrooms all with plenty of room. there was a blowup queen mattress supplied that was very useful as well. all in all it was a good stay!
only thing I would change is when there are going to be as many guests as there were, more towels and other toiletries would have made it just a hair better. but as I said, it was a great stay and would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Rented the "sleeps 6 to 12" for a party of 8. There were 3 Queen beds available as well as two air-mattresses. Woke up on the tile floor at 1am because the air-mattress had a leak. Inflated the 2nd one and woke up on the tile floor again as the 2nd one had a leak as well! Ended up sleeping in a chair.
I was looking forward to the hot tub. The water was too low and sprayed all over the porch when you turned on the jets. There was no hose available to add water. Shouldn't both of these things have been checked before we arrived?
The boy scout in the group was very excited when he saw the recently used fire-pit. It was quite a let-down to see the multiple "No fires allowed on property" signs. When I spoke to the owner, he re-iterated that we were not to use the fire-pit.
We came home on Sat night to no water. We spoke to the owner who said that somebody would be out at 10:30 in the morning. We arrived home Sun night to still no water. By Monday, we'd had enough and we called the owner and packed up and headed home a day early.
We rented the cabin for 9 nights. 4 of those were negatively affected. That's too much. I realize the water problem was not the owner's fault, but it certainly wasn't mine. I asked for a refund. He gave me a small amount that didn't even cover the night that we didn't stay because we couldn't face a 3rd night without water. I still can't believe it.
I never got my damage deposit back until I asked for it. He said that he sent me an e-mail and that I didn't respond. Not true. There was no e-mail. Besides...What was his question? "I ruined half of your vacation. Do you still want your deposit back?"
The top of the kitchen cabinets are decorated with empty liquor bottles. They are covered in greasy dust. Gross!
My family and I have been vacationing in Blairsville for 30 years. This was our worst experience by far.
We had a great time at this cabin. The atmosphere was really quiet and the hot tub was excellent. The internet access was perfect as I had online class work to complete. The state park just down the road was great, has a beautiful waterfall, plenty of trails to hike and quiet time. Would suggest this cabin to others for a getaway.
Craig was most helpful with the entire rental process including great directions. Upon arriving we immediately fell in love with our surroundings and felt very much at home in the cabin. The hot tub was delightful and relaxing, while the ping pong table gave us hours of laughter and exercise. Our day trips included hiking at Bald Brass Mountain, driving to Ashville, N.C. and exploring the quaint town of Blairsville, which included walking through their historic Town Hall. Don't miss an opportunity to stay at the Bear It All Cabin if you are looking for a wonderful vacation.
