Notes

  • * The price per night is based on double occupancy of the house with 2 people. For each additional person there is a charge of € 15.00 per person and night.

    * The rent includes the provision of a generous number of hand / tea towels included (not beach towels) and bed linen. There are no additional charges for gas, water and electricity on.

    * Cleaning by arrangement. In carrying through our team cleaning fee of € 155.00 is based on 2 people, € 185.00 for 3-4 people, € 200.00 for 5 people, at 215.00 on 6 people.

    * Deposit 300,00 €, this is assuming no damage caused by the tenant, of course, fully refundable
  • * A cot and a high chair can be provided on request, like for free. Likewise a baby bath.

    * In addition, you can request free satellite-based wireless receiver for a fast working internet.

    * The house has a complete heating system. Benefit from those is optional. Would you like this - especially in the months of October / November to March / April - use, so each day 10,00 € heating will be charged. The fireplace can be used anytime for free, Firewood is not provided.

    * Check out is by 10 00 clock, check in by 16 00 clock. Of course, we strive to meet you in relation to these times. Therefore the preceding or following booking will prevail. Individual consultation is therefore depending on the booking situation anytime.
  • * In case of arrival outside the jointly discussed and defined timeframe falls on a stroll surcharge of € 30.00.

    * Long Term Rentals (4 weeks), on request. For a longer stay, you can also like us with a proposal in terms of an attractive total price.

  • The 5th and, 6 Sleeping accommodation is in the form of a good sofa beds in the living room.
