Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Zugang zum Aussichtsturm im Haus. Mit unverbauten Blick in alle Richtungen und Chillcouch. W-Lan ist vorhanden. Ca. 300m zur Strandpromenade mit Restaurants, Fahrradverleih und Museen(Marinemuseum, Aquarium). Für jung gebliebene ist das Pumpwerk (locker mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen) mit regelmäßiger Livemusik und Liveakts ein guter Tipp. Direkt neben dem Haus gibt es einen Kiosk mit täglich frischen Brötchen, Zeitungen usw. Die Vermieterin ist nett und sehr hilfreich bei Fragen.
