This modern spacious villa has all you need for an idyllic luxury vacation, in an elevated position it commands stunning views over 7km of unspoiled blue flag beaches of Vlyha bay, and the surrounding hills and olive groves, the villa is tastefully furnished throughout, it offers 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with bidet, large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, leading to bright and spacious lounge/dining area through french doors leading onto the pool terrace which has uninterrupted views over the crystal blue Aegean sea, the 3 bedrooms have this same panoramic sea views, the villa stands in 1500sq m of beautiful manicured gardens with a variety of tropical plants & a lawned area there is also a private infinity style pool with plenty of outside furniture for relaxing and soaking up the rays, a large stone built BBQ for cooking the romantic alfresco meal whilst enjoying the peace and tranquility of the evenings under the stars the morning sunrise is absolutely fantastic 2nd to none

Kalathos is located in the southeast lindos area of Rhodes with views of Vlyha bay across to Haraki castle, the village is a 15 minute walk where you will find several tavernas, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a quality butcher & baker, 2 petrol stations. Also available car and bike hire .a 5 minute drive takes you to the beautiful picturesque town of lindos with its narrow cobbled streets clinging to the hillside of the magnificent acropolis which is the romantic back drop, the perfect venue for your idyllic weddings abroad. And with some of the finest cuisine on the island -a short drive (40kms) takes you to the historic medieval old town castle of Rhodes a worlds cultural heritage monument (well worth visiting) -the island also offers golf at Afandou (25kms) from the villa and a large water park and other attractions can be found in falaraki (35kms) the villa is an ideal base to explore the history and the fun, on the island of sun Rhodes! (so enjoy)

Additional information about rental rates

  • All bookings are normally wednesday or saturday, however this is flexible to your requirements, if the property is available. Booking reservations can be held for 3 days to allow you to book your flights then a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with a balance payable 8 weeks before you arrive payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer, full booking acknowledgment will be mailed to you. The property is booked from 3pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the day you depart, this is necessary to allow for cleaning, however we are flexible on these times, whenever possible. Linen is changed once per week and towels/teatowels are provided. Direct flights can be booked from most UK airports, winter season it will be via athens. Car hire and taxis can be booked from the airport,taxi to the villa will cost approx 40euros. Sorry no all male or female groups
  • There will be a security charge of £ 200 pounds sterling , this will be refundable on your return following the villa inspection.

Beautiful villa in a stunning location with a magnificent private pool.
Equipped with everything you could possibly need. The outside space is well thought out and the gardens are lovingly maintained.

There were so many beautiful places to visit, a week was not enough.
Wonderful places to eat in Haraki and Pefkos and a supermarket and bakery just up the road.

Many thanks to Stuart & June for making us feel so welcome,we felt like one of the family! the photos do not do the villa justice!
