This penthouse unit is on the seventh floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Facing west and with nine feet high ceilings, the unit is bright, airy, and offers incredible sunsets from every room. Without any fear of contradiction, there is not a better view from this building! During Florida’s hot summer, enjoy gentle cooling breezes while relaxing in the screened-in lanai.
Harbor Towers is a short walk from Crescent Beach on Siesta Key which has some of the world’s finest, whitest sand and is listed on National Geographic’s 'best beaches in the world.' The lively Siesta Key Village is a one mile stroll for casual dining, shopping, or 'happy-hour.' Downtown Sarasota, which is only seven miles away, is Florida's cultural center, offering ballet, opera, symphony, theater, and the John Ringling Mansion and Art Museum. The Mote Marine has sea turtles, sharks and manatees while the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens displays rare botanical specimens and beautiful orchids from around the world. Myakka Park with its air boats, train tours and ‘gators, is true 'Old Time Florida.'
For those of you wishing to laze around in the Florida sun, Harbor Towers has, set among tropical foliage, two swimming pools, one for adults and one for young children. For the more active visitors, there are three lighted 'Har-Tru' (clay) tennis courts as well as a fully-equipped exercise room and sauna. The deep-water marina can accommodate boats up to 40 feet in length and also allows you to peacefully fish in the Intercoastal Waterway. Water-sports abound on Siesta Key and you will find excellent sailboarding, fishing, snorkeling, jet-ski rentals, and Parasailing.
Access to the building’s locked doors is controlled by key fobs and automatic entry gates secure the grounds 24 hours a day. The complex also employs night time security guards. This unit has access to a reserved, covered parking space which protects your car from the direct sun and which ensures that you will get into a cool car every day.

Welcome to our condo! We hope that you get as much enjoyment as we do when visiting beautiful Siesta Key.
We vacation twice a year on Siesta Key and, since finding this condo a couple of years ago, have always returned here. We'd stayed at several properties in the area and can say that without a doubt - this is the best. Why do we love staying here so much? Well, it's got it all: very nicely furnished, really well maintained, equipped with everything you could need (and much more) and the views from the lanai are wonderful. I don't cook while on vacation, but the kitchen is very well appointed s it wouldn't be a problem. There's plenty of space and it is always immaculately clean (a big factor for me). We love the area. There's plenty of options for eating etc. Pool and beach access are also a big plus. I would definitely recommend and we've already booked for next time!
We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It is very well equipped with everything you need, the furniture is very comfortable and the bedrooms are nice and big. We found it as advertised, clean and well maintained. The booking process was easy. We enjoyed using the tennis courts and swimming pool – the whole complex is very well maintained. Siesta Village has a good selection of restaurants and bars and has a very nice feel to it, very relaxed. We enjoyed walking on the beach, swimming in the sea, playing tennis and Eva’s free yoga on the beach 3 days a week! It was our first visit to Siesta Key and we will be back! Would definitely recommend this condo.
We spent the week at your beautiful condo. What a relaxing time we had. The condo was well appointed with a nice kitchen that was stocked much beyond what we expected. Most of the time we spent at the unit was enjoyed on the lanai. Morning coffee watching the parrots fly by with the rushing of the waterfalls below was a great way to start the day. We ate all our meals out there, as well. It was surprising that the weather was as pleasant as it was, the breeze made all but the mid day heat, quite comfortable. Having flat screen TVs in each room was a treat for Dad to be able to sneak off and watch the World Cup/nap. Our girls certainly appreciated the wireless internet. Instead of fighting the crowds on the beach for the 4th, we were able to watch the fireworks from the comfort of the lanai. The pool was nice and we really enjoyed coffee and drinks on the intracoastal waterway watching the boats and an occasional dolphin. We had a fabulous dinner at Javier's Tapas and surprisingly good sandwiches at SKOB. Overall we lacked for nothing and look forward to another trip down. Thank so much!
Having just returned from 2 amazing weeks here we are missing it already.
The condo is in a perfect location & overlooks Siesta Beach from the covered spacious balcony a great place to sit and watch the world go by.
The unit has good sized rooms that are bright and clean they are tastefully decorated & appointed with lots of new fittings & fixtures, full with everything you would ever require on holiday.
The walk to the beach is not a problem or just take the 2 min ride in the car if you have a lot of stuff to carry along to the public parking area, a word of warning most weekends be there for 9-30 as most of America comes to visit its fabulous No 1 beach.
Harbour towers itself has good facilities for everyone from fishing to tennis swimming or just lazing around you will find a spot no problem to suit your taste.
We have been to this area a few times and would rate this unit highly.
Friendly and welcoming you honestly can not fault it.
We will be back to Siesta Key again.
We just returned home from a wonderful 2 week vacation in this condo. The owner and Tanya in the rental office were wonderful and easy to deal with. At first, I was skeptical that the office doesn't accept credit card payments, but everything went extremely smoothly. The owner has made many beautiful updates to the unit..the kitchens and bathroom are all beautifully tiled with granite countertops, new mirrors and lighting. It was spacious for a family of four and had amazing gulf views. There were pool and beach toys for the kids to use and they were tickled that they had a TV in their own bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed with the exception of bbq accessories (lighter, grill tongs etc) and you should bring your own hair dryer. Overall, the condo was very clean, exceptionally maintained and modern.
I loved the screened in balcony and enjoyed having a glass of wine and doing a puzzle.
The people in the building are generally older and were very kind and receptive to our young children (ages 3 and 6). The kids loved the pools. There were two pools one small round shallow pool for kids and an adult pool . There are adult only swim hours between 11-12 and 3-4 that were pretty strictly enforced. There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas...great for sunbathing as the pool was very sunny with little shade.
The beach access is a short 10 minute stroll (with kids) so we would usually pack up the car and drive 2 mins with our beach chairs, coolers, etc. The beaches are FANTASTIC..shallow, guarded, safe, shells, slight waves for fun and white powder sand. We loved everything but the salt water (my kids are used to big Ontario lakes). We went to the Mote Aquarium (best Aquarium ever) and ate at Salty Dog's across the street, St. Armand's Circle, a sunset curise on LeBarge (kids danced the night away), danced Ragae at the Tiki something by Marina Jacks, went to the original Hooters?!? and toured the various beaches around the keys. We really enjoyed our drive up Casey Key and staring at the houses from the lifesytles of the Rich and Famous. We also had MANY icecream cones in the Siesta Key village & wonderful breakfasts at the BROKEN EGG.
Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and loved Siesta Key and Sarasota so much we're thinking of moving there permanently. In the event that we don't, we wouldn't hesitate to stay or recommend this unit in Harbour Towers...it was the perfect place for our family.
We had a great stay in Siesta Key and we'll be back at this Condo. The owner's desription and photos tell the story. The beds are nice as are the washerooms. Everything is new and well kept including the kitchen and that made a difference for us. The condo as well as the entire building property (pool, etc) are clean and well kept. Trevor answered our every question and had some good suggestions. We were a little lazy and drove the 2 minutes to the to the free parking at the beach as we had the chairs and cooler however if you wished to walk, it is less than 10 minutes and 2 of those minutes are walking accross the large beach to the water. Our favourite feature was the beach! Let's not forget the warm clear water. The Siesta Key village is also up there on the list so don't forget to Google that to see the spots to visit and have a drink. This is a condo you treat with care as if it was your own because you want to given the pride of ownership clearly displayed everywhere.
