Our Cape Coral modern 3 bed/2 bath pool luxury south facing villa is centrally located in the popular zip code area of 33904. We have furnished & equipped our home to the highest of standards, and our solar heated south facing pool enjoy sunshine all day long. Patio doors lead to our covered lanai & private pool area to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxation on our sectional rattan furniture. For your privacy, we have installed opaque pool screening of some our pool cage. We have supplied everything for your convenience - dishwasher, micro, washer/dryer, stereo/LCD HD TV's/VCR/DVDs, hair dryers, beach chairs & towels. We have maps, guides, games, CD's, supplying everything you will need to enjoy during your vacation (cocktail glasses, napkins, wine cooler, baby equipment, etc.). Many guests love our location as we are close to world famous gulf beaches, great & numerous golf courses, & close to a variety of shops, Malls, local restaurants & bars - AND many within walking distance - plus only a 5 minute drive from the Coralwood Mall (with a multiplex cinema & post office). Wonderful Location!: Our villa is ideally suited for everyone, whether you just want to relax by the pool, do a bit of shopping, go to the many beaches, play golf on excellent top notch courses, swim, fish,sail & is perfectly located for all of these activities. The shopping malls of Tanger, Cononut Point, Miromar, Bell Tower & Edison are all within easy driving distance & great for picking up designer bargains.As well as that, you can actually walk from our home to some local restaurants & bars, so if you have been out driving all day, you can leave the car at home & walk to these. Nearby there are Walgreen drug stores, a 24-hour Wal-Mart, Publix, Publix,, TJ Maxx & the Coralwood Mall containing various stores & a multiplex cinema. We have many guests who have commented on how close we are to some wonderful beaches in the area, including Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Myers beach & Bonita beach.The airports of Ft Myers, Tampa & Miami are the closest, but also easy travelling from Orlando & Sanford, zip code 33904
Golf, Sailing, fishing, shell collecting: There are golf courses in abundance in Cape Coral (47 just in the near vicinity), some only minutes from the villa, & the choice is endless -so pick your tee time and be assured of a leisurely round.
If you enjoy water sports, you can hire wave runners, do para-gliding, hire a boat, hire a guide & boat and go fishing for red snapper.
There are also numerous tennis courts, football parks, cycle tracks & play areas - that's without mentioning the Sun Splash water park or a day on safari to the Everglades - enough to keep the whole family active!
Hire bikes (or use ours) from hire companies across the area.
If you enjoy shopping - you will be very happy with the abundance of Malls in the area (Miromar, Coconut Point, Tanger, Edison, Gulf Coast, & many more) Within 5 mins of the villa there is also Walmart, TJMaxx & Ross
We also have details on a day's boat hire which allows you to explore the many islands and waterways around SW Florida - drop into Rumrunners for lunch/dinner!
Restaurants: You can walk to some from the villa - you can choose from casual eating to fine cuisine, so whatever your taste, you will find something that hits the spot - be it a steakhouse, Tex Mex, Chinese, fast food or real American diners. Within Cape Coral, & within 10 mins drive of the villa you are near restaurants such as The Outback Steakhouse, Applebees, Iguana Mia, Dennys, Bob Evans, Carrabas & Hooters - offering both bar & restaurant service & have great food in a relaxing atmosphere. Visit the Prawnbroker restaurant in Ft Myers & enjoy the best fish & seafood in the area - with discounted cocktails & complementary appetizers during happy hour. Also in Ft Myers are Red Lobster, Chillis & the Lone Star Steakhouse. Sample the restaurants of Captiva & Sanibel & treat yourself to fine dining in Dolce Vita with nightly entertainment.If you want to just walk to a restaurant - no problem - we have a few lovely ones just minutes from the villa - Hooters and The Dog.
