The bright and spacious old apartment is ideal for you if you want peace and want to be yet in the midst of the action. Relax after a long day in the beautiful and diverse city of Hamburg in the 80 square meters large and quiet apartment. In the spacious living room, you have to relax is 3 beds, read, watch TV (cable provided) or listen to music. The fully equipped kitchen, the chefs will get their money and then can enjoy the meal in the charming dining area in the living room. After the last glass of wine, you can look forward to a good nights sleep in the big bed of bedroom (180cm) or on a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom is so big that you could set up a double bed in the next room with yet. In the morning, you will save the 2 bathrooms (with multiple guests) a lot of time! For contacts and businesses, we have a wifi flatrate and Children are also welcome!

Our neighborhood, Harvestehude-Rotherbaum with optimum transport connections, provides the right balance between university flair and chic shops, restaurants, theaters and cinemas. You can take 3 minutes walk to U1 (Haller Street) and access to all attractions including the railway station and airport soon. You can also stroll through atmospheric streets to the Alster (approx. 10 minutes) make. The Dammtor station, casino, and the center to Junfernstieg are also only 10-25 minutes' walk from the apartment. Enjoy Spring in the Park 'and Bloomen planet', or the view over the city from the TV tower. Both can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. A car is not necessary at this apartment.
