Ground floor living area with futon bed, TV and DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and formal dining table, separate toilet and games room and first grand master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite with separate tub bath and shower. Upstairs second grand master with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin beds the 4th bathroom has shower over bath. All bedrooms are large with TV'S in every bedroom and a DVD in kids room. The south facing pool and spa sits beyond the large covered lanai if you don't fancy catching the rays of the Florida sunshine. The pool also has a screen around it for safety for young kids. We also have a games room well equipped for kids of all ages. Tuscan Hills is a fantastic private gated community with lots of extras like fitness suite and games room in the clubhouse as well as tennis courts and many more outside activities. The villa is 10 minutes from Disney world.

If shopping is what you want, you have the new Posner Mall situated on US27 plus many more all close to Tuscan Hills. Coming in December 2008 'Devenneys Irish Pub & Restaurant' will open for business. just 5 minutes from Tuscan Hills on the US 27 .The pub will cater for families offering fantastic food from lunch time to 10pm and live entertainment 7 nights a week.     After a date has been confirmed a booking deposit of £250 / $350 must be paid.

    A security deposit (refundable) of £250 / $250 must be paid in case of damages or breakages to villa. The villa will be inspected upon departure and security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks if no damages are reported.

The second master upstairs also has an en-suite with walk in shower and large vanity unit. The third bathroom has shower over bath and large vanity unit. The cloakroom with toilet is situated on the ground floor very handy for kids in a hurry!!

Notes: "Tuscan Dream Villa" is situated in very sought after community. The villa is modern bright and beautiful. Furnished to a high standard with lots of upgraded features and furniture. Your stay will be perfect with everything you could want or need in a rental villa. The pool area has an extended deck the spa is raised above ground level you will have lots of space for sunbathing or sitting outside relaxing under the covered lanai where a ceiling fan has been fitted to keep you cool if sunbathing is not for you!! All beds have spare sheets and every bathroom has ample quantities of towels. Pool and spa heat may be required October - April - £100 / $ 190 per week.

This is a fantastic villa, it's got everything you need. Home is furnished to a very high standard. It's certainly the best villa our family have had the pleasure of staying in. Heated pool and spa was perfect. The Tuscan Hills community is well maintained and within a short drive to Disney and the many dining areas on US192. Publix supermarket is nearby and a massive Walmart supermarket only a few minutes drive at Cagan Crossings makes this an ideal villa for self catering. The villa owner was prompt to reply to all emails. Fully recommended.

Felt like home...with added luxury!

This villa was amazing! I booked it at just about the last minute for our honeymoon. My husband and I brought our kids down to Florida with us to hit Disney World, which was only about 15 minutes away. The owner was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. She was also quite patient with me as this was the first time I had ever rented a home for a vacation. The pictures on the internet don't do the place justice! It was beautifully decorated, well kept, and fully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. All we had to supply were the essentials, such as food and cleaning supplies. The condo was in a prime location because it was so close to Disney and there were a ton of restaurants and stores all around. It was a nice way to end the day when we got back to the condo each night and jumped into the heated pool and jacuzzi. After staying at this villa, our family will never vacation the same way again. Nobody wanted to leave! We will definitely be renting this villa again the next time we stay in Davenport!

Absoloutly gorgeous villa in a lovely, quiet, gated community. myself and 6 family members stayed for 3 weeks in March/April 2008 and couldnt have asked for anything more! The villa had everything we needed, very clean and very well maintained. The pool was cleaned regularly. It is situated close to Wal-mart, target, various restaraunts and only 15-20 mins from all the major theme parks!! The owner was great, giving me all the information i needed for my holiday, very helpful!!
Would definetly recommend this villa to anyone!

Superb Villa

We stayed in this villa for a week at the end of June 2008. After a week staying in motels along the Keys it was the oasis we needed. The quality of the villa is superb, the pool great, and facilities everything you need to cope with washing, feeding a large family.

I thoroughly recommend this villa.

Beautiful, new Spanish-style villa...

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful, new villa on our recent Florida vacation. Our family is a "Disney" family, but we enjoy leaving the park for some peace and quiet - which is exactly what we got. This particular villa is in a safe, gated community that has several ammenities which include a community exercise room and a computer area. The entire community has an "exclusive" feel about it. The villa itself is huge and has a gorgeous, professionally decorated decor. We never wanted to leave! Besides the private pool, we enjoyed the game room and having a laundry room. What a great convenience. There are several grocery stores and a Wal-Mart Superstore nearby. We saved a ton of money by preparing many of our meals in the full kitchen. At the end of our trip, my aunt offered to pay for another week's stay. Alas, we all had to come back home, but we would have stayed in a second if we could have. In addition to being impressed with this beautiful villa, I am also impressed with how professional the booking agent was. She was always responsive to all of our inquiries and was available if/when we needed her. Our family plans on booking this particular villa again for our next family trip.
