Complementing this small island setting, our actual gulf front condo sleeps 2 - 4 comfortably and offers a friendly, relaxing, comfortable retreat just a few steps from the beach. As an added bonus, we can offer on a first come first serve basis, on premise boat docking at no additional costs.

Our easy-going, outdoor lifestyle translates to casual, informal attire, both day and night. Shorts and sandals are the norm. Restaurants range from simple outdoor cafes to elegant candlelit dining rooms; none requires jackets or ties.

Sanibel Island offers you the opportunity to do as little or as much as you would like. The Island offers a variety of activities for all ages. From shelling, to crab races, endless water activities, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, bike trails, sunbathing, boating, golfing, shopping, to relaxing on the beach and enjoying the peaceful natural beauty of Sanibel Island. Introduce yourself to dolphins, manatees, ospreys, bald eagles and the spectacular roseate spoonbills. About The Owner

We are originally from the northeast and transferred to the Tampa Bay area about 9 years ago - We love living in FLA and Sanibel is our home away from home.

Mike and I look forward to sharing our condo and love of the island with you and your family - so come on down!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
Why The Owner chose Sanibel Island

We are both corporate warriors and our lives tend to get out of control on a daily basis - we fell in love with the island the moment we drove onto it - it gives you a real chance to kick back and relax. Sanibel has been able to find the right balance for the person on vacation as well as the people that make it home.

What makes this condo unique

You won't find expensive theme parks on Sanibel - what you get to do is get back in touch with yourself and the simplicity of life we tend to forget, we are true gulf front so morning coffee with the dolphins is always a plus, the beaches are amazing, shelling the best in the world, biking, hiking, boating - it is all here so you can do as much or as little as you want.

Very nice place to stay

My husband and I would highly recommend this condo. It is ocean front, has everything you need for a beach, kitchen is well equipped and there is a high speed internet (netflix was working very good). There is just a few steps to the beach. It was very convenient for us and our 16 months daughter. Best grocery store on the island is Jerry's Foods, good family restaurant is The Island Cow, Lazy Flamingo, best breakfast in Lighthouse Cafe. Thank you, Pat and Mike

Anyone wanting THE BEST in a vacation, this Island, Condo, Atmosphere is IT!! Condo was perfect for my wife and I. Couldn't ask for more. Oceanfront, pool, accomodating people, restaurants, shopping, beach, water, bike trails. My full recommendation for the complete getaway. Thank you McClellans for providing us with a glimpse of heaven. We will return!!

I can not express how perfect this condo is! It is super clean and has great beach access! It is close to everything and has everything you could need for your stay! There are no steps if you need easy access! Our weather was fantastic and since it was off season it was very quiet! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My husband and I love this condo!! We have stayed here many times and have absolutely no complaints. The condo is always clean, and the owners and property managers are always helpful. We would not stay anywhere else on the island. We really enjoy eating at The Lazy Flamingo, Doc Ford's, George and Wendy's, and the Jacaranda. This condo is right on the beach and has everything you need to go to the beach, cook, or just sit inside. The owners continue to update the condo to make it even better!! Thank you, Pat and Mike!!
