In approximately 4 km from Manacor towards Colonia de Sant Pere is the 130th 000 sqm large property dating from 1800, which was restored in 2012 and renovated this year. The living area is 220 sqm and is divided into 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a 70sqm large living and dining area. In the front area of ??the house is the master bedroom and the kitchen with a small dining room, before moving on from there into the living and dining area, join the 2 additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. All rooms have a rustic decor and furnishings and wall coverings have some stone or for Mallorca so typical wooden beams on the ceilings. A former stables were converted to a small apartment with a separate entrance, which has a bedroom and a small bathroom. In the outdoor area of ??the garden are a 5x10m large pool and several terraces to relax.

In approximately 4 miles from the historic Städchens Manacor located, the property offers its guests exceptional peace, yet easy access to shops for daily needs. The beach is about 15 kilometers away within easy reach. As everywhere in Mallorca you can find here a variety of attractions and heritage. From the property itself, you have a very nice view.

. Nearby the house in about 4 km away, at Manacor, Palma's second largest city on the island. Every Monday there is a market in the town center, where you can also buy clothes alongside local foods such as olive or Mallorcan cheese as well as plants and small animals. This market is popular with both locals and tourists because of its diversity and its very special atmosphere. Numerous shops for the whole family, there are also a number of bars in Manacor
