Our apartment is located in Vienna´s 3 district, just between 2 Vienna attractions: HUNDERTWASSERHAUS and KUNSTHAUS Vienna. The property is located in a small house with private courtyard with childrens playing area; on the 4.floor with access by lift. The holiday flat has been furnished to an exeptional standard with numerious unique decorations and original crystall candelavers. There is a big fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The sunny and bright living room offers comfortable lounge area with sofas infront of the 42'large LCD-TV with cable TV and DVD-Player. Large working table for 2, if you want to make business and use the WiFi- internet. The guest bedroom offers 2 single beds, which can be put together. The master bedroom offers a very large 4 polster-bed (180X200cms), large wardrobe with 32'-LCD-TV and is facing the courtyard. There is a separate toilet and shower bath with large utility room. Tram Line Nr. 1 brings you fast in to the centre with Stephansplatz, Opera..

Attractions:: Our property is located midts of 2 of the most famous Vienna´s attractions: the HUNDERWASSERHAUS and the KUSTHAUS VIENNA. Both attractions can be reached by walk i less than 3 mintes!

public transport:: Just few steps beside our apartment is the station HETZGASSE of tram Nr. 1. This would bring you in less than 5 minutes to station SCHWEDENPLATZ. From here you can walk to STEPHALSPLATZ (city center) in less than 6 minutes) or change to the underground (lines U4 and U1). On the other side of the station is the twin city boat station connecting Vienna and Bratislava, so you could book a Danube boat trip! Our you even visit one of the famous restaurants along the Danube canal!

If you continue with tram Nr. 1 this would bring you to the University, the Town Hall, Burg Theater, Parliament, Museums-Quarter and finally to the Vienna STATEOPERA - all attractions are located along this trams way!

Shopping:: In a short walking distance you will find 2 large supermarkets with a large range of food an beverages open on 6 days per week. There are also 2 bakery shops, open every day (even sundays and holidays) for the perfect breakfast. Bank with cash mashine, pharmacy, tobaco shop, flowers shop, many boutiques, hair dressers and small shops all around. Perfect infrastructure infront of you home!

HOME FROM HOME IN VIENNA

My husband and I along with our two friends booked a 4 night stay at Mr Beer's apartment in Vienna. We were looking for a base in the city where we could have the comforts of home while exploring the city during the day and I have to say that the apartment near Hunderwasserhaus came up trumps for us!

The booking and correspondence prior to our arrival was smooth and efficient and we knew exactly what to expect as we received lots of details from Mr Beer.

The check in and check out was looked after by Mr Maged who went out of his way to accommodate us as we had to change our arrival plans twice literally at the last moment.

We arrived to find the apartment spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There were the two large comfy sofas in the lounge area where we could ease back and relax after the days exploring. At night we had lovely comfortable beds with soft linen and with the nice quiet neighbourhood we slept soundly and woke refreshed and ready for the next day.

There was a tram just around the corner that we used to go as far as Schwedensplatz as this seemed to connect to many of the places we wanted to go, but more often than not we walked to the big station at Landstrasse as this was only about 10-12 minutes away from us.

We all agreed that our stay at Mr Beer's apartment had been just perfect and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close enough to see the sights but far enough away to relax and enjoy independent living.

ist alles vorhanden, was der Tourist braucht (sogar eine Waschmaschine ist da, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, WLan funktionierte einwandfrei ).In un-
mittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen.

WUNDERSCHÖNE WOHNUNG IN WIEN

Diese Wohnung ist absolut wunderschön und mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Bad getrennt vom WC, zwei große Schlafzimmer und ein riesiges Wohnzimmer bieten genügend Platz - wir waren mit unseren zwei erwachsenen Kindern dort! Die Wohnung ist noch viel viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir hatten durch die Zentrumsnähe einen unvergleichlich tollen Aufenthalt in Wien und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

IDEAL GELEGENES, MODERN AUSGESTATTETES APARTMENT

Die in einem renovierten Haus gelegene Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wer auf stilvolle Möbel steht, wird sich hier sicher wohlfühlen. Lediglich das schlichte Bad entspricht mit seiner Dusche nicht ganz dem hohen Standard der restlichen Wohnung.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Besonders praktisch ist, dass die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt liegt. Mit der Linie 1 ist man bestens an das hervorragende und vergleichsweise preiswerte (z.B. Wochenkarte € 14.-) öffentliche Wiener Nahverkehrssystem angebunden.

Für Reisende mit Pkw ist zu beachten, dass man nur am Wochenende am Haus parken darf. Der Innenstadtbereich Wiens ist Kurzparkzone, in der man von Montag bis Samstag mittag nur kurzzeitig (Parkschein!) parken darf. Mein Tipp: Außerhalb der Kurzparkzone habe ich den Wagen am Sonntag kostenfrei in der Baumgasse abgestellt, zu Fuß dauerte der Weg zur Wohnung ca. 30 Minuten.

Die Stadt Wien selbst ist traumhaft und bietet etwas für alle Altersgruppen. Ob Kultur, Events, Parks oder Shopping - unsere 9 Tage Aufenthalt haben bei weitem nicht ausgereicht, alles zu erleben.

Die Abrechnung war absolut korrekt, allerdings waren einige Rückfragen beim Vermieter nötig. Offensichtlich hatte die zuständige Sekretärin nicht den vollen Durchblick.

Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Our apartment is located in Viennas 3.district - Landstrasse between 2 of Viennas famoust attractions: HUNDERTWASSERHAUS and KUSTHAUS WIEN. The property is located on the 4.floor with access by lift of a small house with private coutryard in a quiet street (many parking spaces). Perfect infrastructure due to 2 large supermarkets, 2 bakery and pastry shops (open even on a Sunday!), pharmacy, bank, hairdressers and cosmetic shops, drugstores, numerious restaurants, bars, ice shop, tobaco-shop ect. In 150 meters is the station HETZGASSE of tram Nr. 1, which will bring you in less than 5 Minutes to SCHWEDENPLATZ (underground station), from here less than 7 minutes walk to STEPHANSPLATZ/ City. Tram Nr. 1 will bring you also to the University, the Townhall, Burgtheater and the State-Opera. The Danube-Canal ist just beside our house- perfekt for Joggers and bicycles. Here you will find some of the best boat-restaurants of Vienna with pools, discos ect. Quiet place midst of the city.
