Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in Oberbillig, Germany

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Booking
  
  For bookings of one week, we offer a 10% discount. Upon request we will send you a custom quote.
  
  The apartment Bacchus / Neptune is for 3-4 people. In multiple occupancy by children, we ask you for personal consultation.
  
  In case of an assignment of less than 3 persons please also contact us.
  
  The total price includes linen (sheets, towels, sauna towels, bathrobe and slippers), cleaning and currently applicable taxes.
  
  Reservations and bookings are binding for both parties after the transfer of 50% of housing costs, they get sent to the invoice after booking stating the busy times. The second half of housing costs is to be paid two weeks before arrival.
  
  With respect to allergic guests throughout the property pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.
• Cancellation Policy
  
  The cancellation conditions are governed by the general guidelines in the tourism industry. After any possible resignation of the traveler is required in principle, to pay compensation.
  
  Cancellation stage model:
  
   - At least € 25, - fee
   By 31 - Day prior to arrival: 10% of the tour price
   22 to - Day prior to arrival: 20% of the tour price
   14 to - Day prior to arrival: 40% of the tour price
   8 to - Day prior to arrival: 50% of the tour price
   - 7 - 4 Day prior to arrival: 80% of the tour price
   - Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the tour price
