Without doubt one of the most exclusive large 5 bed villa with 2 ELECTRICALLY HEATED pools and games room. This superior detached villa on one floor, fitted and furnished to an extremely high standard, very privately situated with extensive terraces and commanding beautiful views of the coastline. The very large and completely private sunbathing terraces and BBQ area surround the large adult and shallow children's pool. The living area is open plan with a high wooden ceiling, 3 sets of french doors leads onto the terrace and pool area. On the upper level there is a large well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area. This leads down to the beautiful living room complete with full Sky TV, DVD and music system along with views over the swimming pools and out to sea. The 5 bed villa has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing area one of which has Sky TV and 2 sets of French doors to the terrace and pool. 3 bedrooms have twin beds and there is a further 2 shower rooms.

This prestigious villa is over 2000 sq meters in the sleepy village of Guime only 10 minutes drive away from the main town Arrecife or 5 minutes to the busy resort of Puerto del Carmen. Guime is a very central location, making it perfect for reaching the islands many beautiful attractions and fabulous golden beaches. The islands largest hypermarket & excellent modern shopping centre is just a 2 min drive. The transfer time from the airport is less than 10 minutes. A COMPLEMENTARY DRIVER will meet you at the airport and assist you with your luggage and transfer to and from the villa and be on hand to answer any questions on the villa or surrounding area. A car would be considered essential if you wanted to reach the islands various beaches and attractions but you only need to book a car to take your group and not your luggage

    As this is a very large villa please allow time for cleaning, the accommodation is available from 2pm, depart by 10am or as arranged.
    The changeover day is normally Thursday but other days considered subject to availability.
    Booking deposit of £200 per week, balance required 8 weeks before departure.
