This 3 Bedroom villa is set in a large garden with both mature tropical plants and lawn makes it perfect for sunbathers who like the convenience of being near the house. It's literally 3 minutes from both the shops and the beach means that all your needs are within walking distance. Shops include a big duty free Dept' store for gifts etc, the supermarkets and Bank facilities of Holetown centre, the Sunset Crest medical centre. West Side Scuba, a Tennis Club, Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf Course and a local internet cafe. The villa boasts a 35ft lounge/dining room that is open, light and airy.It also sports a large modern kichen and fully eqipped utility room. The 3 large air conditioned bedrooms consist of two large doubles, one with en suite bathroom and a huge twin bedroom with 2 adult sized single beds. The villa also benifits from a walk in shower room. Television and (local) phone inclusive.

Set in the beautiful Sunset Crest Estate the villa is served by local amenities and attractions all within walking distance. Sunset Crest encompasses an internet cafe, a private medical centre, the Westside tennis club, a huge duty free Cave Sheperd Department store, various banks and local convience store. Holetown being a few minutes away, also sports a large shopping centre, which boasts a wonderful supermarket, post office, police station, the Westside Scuba and diving club, bars and nightclubs and many wonderful restaurants including award winners like Olives. You're not far from Harrison's caves, the pottery works, the Barbados Wildlife park, and any of the Island's many other attractions. There are 2 local golf courses including the famous Sandy Lane Hotel course endorsed by Tiger Woods. With a hire car or using the many bus services, you'll have freedom to roam easily and possibly even catch the Oistin's friday night fish fry or other East cost delights.

Very good accommodation

We stayed at this Villa for 10 days and were pleased with it. The villa was clean and well equipped. The property manager, Mike, was very helpful.

Sunset Crest is a nice area with plenty of shops and restaurants and regular buses running into Bridgetown.

My only slight complaint would be with the solar heating which didn't really produce enough hot water for all five of us to have hot showers every day.

However, for the price I though this was an excellent option.

We found the villa to be clean,in good condition and quite comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly well and not too noisy. The property manager, Mike was extremely helpful and we only had to call him for a very quick response, nothing was too much trouble. There was an information pack in the villa that we found very useful ie contact numbers for taxis, doctor etc. The villa is a couple of minutes from the beach and there is a short cut to the supermarket that we appreciated (about 5 mins walk through the park). One thing we loved about the villa it is that as residents you become members of the Beach House which has a pool, restaurant and bar and is very nice with good food. There are also some great local restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend the villa to a friend.
