Details for Villa-Lunaris A2 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 5, 1 Bathroom

The apartment no. 2 is for 2-5 people and is on the first floor of the house on the southeast side. With a view of the Sesula Bay. In the bedroom you will find a double bed and storage room for clothes. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, but it can be changed into a double bed as well. In the eat-in kitchen, the sofa can be used as a place to sleep. A bistro table with a kitchen unit forms the kitchen part. Fridge and cooking and a microwave with baking function and required utensils are available. The covered balcony is ideal for breakfast. A/C and heated flooring provide for gradual regulation of the temp, also outside of the summer months. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The holiday home has a nice green area. Parking spot in front of the house. Internet (W-Lan), BBQ fireplace in courtyard & laundry cellar.

The villa is on the west part of the island of Solta in the city of Maslinica. At the entrance to the city of Maslinica with an idyllic view of the Sesula Bay about 200m from the sea facing the south side of the island, you can experience fantastic sunsets with a glass of wine. The island is about 19 km long and up to 4.9 km wide. The highest summit is Vela Straza with an elevation of 237 meters. The island has about 1,500 residents. The larger cities are Grohote, Gornje Selo, Srednje Selo and Donje Selo. In Maslinica in the west of the island you will find a harbour for smaller ships, restaurants, cafes & grocery stores.

Our family with 13 year old boy and 4 year old daughter stayed in the excellent luxurious studio apartment for 4 nights. More than comfortable with fantastic views of the popular yacht bay. Our hosts went out of their way to assure we were comfortable and our needs fulfilled. Just a short walk to the bay and two awesome restaurants/swimming and further to the tranquil picturesque quiet port/ swimming with some nightlife and great restaurants too. Crystal clear water and amazing sea life make for great snorkelling, diving, naturists etc. Couldn't recommend it more, although transport recommended if with kids. Thanks Evelin & Tom for the great relaxing stay and your kindness!!!!
