Beautiful, modern, light, cool and airy Villa, private pool, luxuriously furnished + mod cons incl. air con/heating,washing machine,dishwasher etc.

WIFI connectivity, TV system receiving UK channels +2 Sky Sports channels, DVD/Video + large library+ IPOD docking station, Radio CD, Nintendo

Located 20mins from Murcia Airport (San Javier) 50mins from Alicante Airport, it is ideally situated 5 minutes drive from numerous lovely beaches, 3 spectacular golf courses also within a 5 minute drive, and 4 more within 30min drive, including La Manga.

Accommodation comprises 1 dble, 2 twin rooms, 3 bathrms. (A large bright basement twin bedroom +ensuite shower room+double sofabed+TV DVD, is accessed by side stairs.) OFF-PEAK REDUCTIONS IF ONLY 2 BEDROOMS REQUIRED

Built at the top of a hill, on a quiet road used mainly by the residents, with beautiful views from the patios, across orange groves & Mar Menor in the far distance. This property comes HIGHLY recommended by all our guests to date!

Golf Bookings: We are happy to book any golf games at the local clubs if required. It is highly advisable to book these in advance of your holiday as they do tend to get quite busy, especially at peak periods..

Flights and Car Hire: Also happy to advise on both of these.

Another recommendation !: I am writing to let you know how comfortable and luxurious was our stay in the above villa in Spain - no 7627. It is remarkably generously equipped in terms of electrical gadgets both for cooking and catering and for entertainment, and the furnishings are superb.

We especially enjoyed the spacious upstairs balcony, and we also enjoyed exploring that area of Spain, with its lovely beaches and an unusual beach and cliff path all along the front which made for a fantastic evening walk.

For us, flying to Murcia was also a very easy way to have a holiday, as we live in Dorset and could fly from Southampton. Using 2 small airports makes for almost stress-free travel!

All in all a very relaxing, comfortable, enjoyable place to have a holiday, with all the comforts of home and a better climate! Highly recommended!

San Miguel de Salinas is an unspoilt village approximately 15 minutes inland, and La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor are just a few of the local beaches. The Villa is in the El Galan area half-way between San Miguel and the Coast. Close proximity to 3 major golf courses - Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.

Other Activities: Many towns and villages of outstanding beauty or historic interest in the surrounding area

Golf: There are 3 superb golf clubs within 5 minutes drive. Villamartin and Las Ramblas are both particularly challenging and interesting, whilst Campoamor is beautiful, with a slightly more leisurely feel to it. In addition, La Finca, which is about 15 minutes away, is newly opened and stunning. La Manga is approximately 40 minutes drive. There are many other courses nearby, and for the keen golfer, it could be possible to play a different course each day for a week, although experience has proved that most people return regularly to Las Ramblas for the variety and challenge of this lovely course !

4 of us spent a really terrific fortnight at the villa above over August this year. The owner couldn't possibly have been nicer or more helpful to us and the villa was superb. It is really tastefully decorated with everything you need. The pool is great to cool down in (although don't expect to do too many laps as you'll get dizzy!) and the terrace is spacious.
Hiring a car is a must as you'll need to drive to restaurants and the beach but the area is quiet and the neighbours friendly. Ideal for 2 couples (if you're into golf, all the better) or a family with young kids.
We had a brilliant holiday and were really made to feel at home -definitely call the owner with any enquiries as they couldn't have been more accommodating! We'd thoroughly recommend you stay there!

Fantastic holiday and gorgeous villa!

We found the villa spotless, spacious and a beautiful place to spend the week. It had everything we could possibly need and the pool made for a lovely place to cool down!
The owners and neighbours were incredibly helpful and went out if their way to make our stay perfect.
We found fantastic local bars and restaurants, golf courses and beaches within a short drive.
Overall we would rate this villa and experience 'Excellent' and have actually come back to the website today to book again this year!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the villa, besides being immaculate, it was so well equipped with everything a family could possibly need. The kitchen had everything you needed to fully self cater, no matter how long you were staying.The beds were very comfortable, and all the provided linen & soft furnishings were of a very high standard. Each room had blackout blinds that worked a treat, which meant the rooms were kept cool while you were out and preventedthe kids from waking us up too early! The optional annexe downstairs provided ideal 'independent' accommodation for our sons, which meant that they could escape from Mum & Dad to do their own thing! English 'freesat TV' was an added bonus in the main villa, especially to keep track of the olympics while we were away.There were toys for the pool, which the kids enjoyed using, and the pool itself was always kept very clean.
You do need a car, which we knew when we booked but it is in a good location, which is just a few minutes from local restaurants and bars and a short drive to the beautiful beaches. Our 10 day holiday here was one of the most memorable family holidays we have had, we just wish it could have been longer. We will most definitely be coming back to this villa again.
Very highly recommended and many thanks to the owners for a wonderful holiday.

Great villa in an ideal location. The street was nice and peaceful but only 10 mins drive from all the bars and restaurants. Villa was spotless and well maintained with better quality furnishings than you normally get with a rental villa. Wifi and sat tv were ideal, just what you needed for the odd quiet night in. Would definately recommend to families/couples and golfers.

We spent a lovely week in the villa, it was just as described with all that you need. very spacious with a good kitchen and dining area for all five of us. Dad stayed in the basement studio and he enjoyed having some peace and quiet to read at night. We didn't use the pool as it was October but felt that it was a great asset to the villa.

Our meet and greet people where fantastic, Bob came and met us at the local shops as we got lost and Sharon was lovely, I enjoyed a chat with both of them on one of the days that I decided not to go golfing, they were very helpful and made us feel at home the moment we arrived.

Thanks to Claire, (owner) for your emails and answering my questions very quickly.

Overall, we would give this villa 10 out of 10!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
