A crash pad
In my college/youth days I think this apartment would have been the perfect place for me; No frills, two beds, close the beach and low cost. However, for a family with a 4 yr, 2 yr and a 6 month old we needed a little more space and frills. I thought a two room apartment would provide the space for my young family but I think most hotel rooms provide more space than this two room apartment.
Local bus drops you at the entrance (easy to catch a bus to main town and Ehpus)
The staff was warm and helpful
Close the beach (but you have to walk around several buildings to get to the beach)
Restaurants and Bars in easy walking distance. (could be bad during peak season with noise)
No room (we had no space for our luggage)
We had limited kitchen accessories (a drinking glass and one cay glass)
Beds were stiff and not comfortable
We chose this apartment as it was a two bedroom and close to the beach within the region to see Ephus and Pumakkales. However, I don’t know if I could personally recommend this apartment or Kudasdasi. The beach which you have access to is very small and I can imagine would be a nightmare during the summer months due to the crowds. I think the water was nice but the beach leaves much to be desired. I would think there are better beachs in Turkey than in Kudasdasi.
I would have personally stayed further inland so Pummakkales was not a 4 hour bus ride one way. I think Ephus and Pumakkales are far more worth seeing than this beach and Kudasdasi. This part of Kudasdasi did not feel like Turkey with the Irish Bars and Fish and Chips stands.
However, I can see the value in this apartment for a younger cliental and or value conscious person. I think Kudasdasi also fits this same group with the night clubs and the various cruise ships each day.
