It's situated in an unique position, with marvellous sea view. Gr..-floor: living/dining-room, kitchen (dishwasher), living-room and double sofa-bed with direct access from outside and bathroom with shower, laundry. 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with shower, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with bath-tub and shower, 1 large double bedroom with shower and private panoramic terrace. ANNEX 1 (with access from the outside): living-room with single sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. ANNEX 2 (with access from the outside) living-room with fire place and small kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 'La Capannuccia' is a perfect solution for an holiday close to the sea, while taking advantage of the cooler clime of the hills. Art towns: Lucca at 25mins, Pisa at 30km, Florence and the chianti area at 70km are easy to reach,too. Golf clubs in Pietrasanta and in Forte dei Marmi. Possibility of daily trips with boat from Viareggio port to the Tuscan isles and the 'Cinque Terre'. Nice shopping: on the Coast ( 10mn drive), 'boutique' in Viareggio and in Forte dei Marmi ( very famous place ), typical weekly markets, great choice of restaurants/pizzerias, ice-cream bars!
