Lovely, spacious and clean apartment. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely new sofas were a great surprise too. Accomodates children really well, especially with the ramps for access. Love the fact that the pool area has been resurfaced and also that it is fenced in, which means that the kids couldn't run off and fall in, or wander off whilst we try to relax by the pool.
We flew with Ryanair with a poor luggage allowance, so that fact there is a washing machine there is absolutely brilliant.
This is our sixth visit to these great apartments and we did lots of things, we had never done before. We played mini golf, which can be found on the road above winter gardens about 10 min walk up the road. Which then led to our little boys obsession to play crazy/mini golf everyday for the rest of the holiday. We found another course at Los Christianos on the sea front.
Another day we went to the new water park - Siam Park, 28euros. This place is absolutely huge and has lots and lots of great and different rides, a beach and pool with waves. Children's pool looked great fun, but we stayed away from it as the water was freezing. Good choice of food, but next time we go, we would definately take packed lunch to keep costs down.
We went to the beach at El Medano a lot, which is great for kids - lots of kite surfers meet here also, they are great to watch.
We ate out at the Tapas bar above Gullivers over at San Blas, it was great and quite good value for money. we went to Kiki Riki Chicken Restaurant for the house special in Los Christianos which was fab and always is!! 27 restaurant across from Winter Gardens serves one of the cheapest and best English Breakfasts around. The Japanese Restaurant down the steps across the road on sea front is amazing, definately worth a visit.
