Fab holiday rental ,with great weather in Lanzarote all year round. Fully equipped Bungalow 1 bedroom, large living area with very comfy double sofa bed so suitable for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine, dining area and large living area with CD and DVD players. Bath and shower facilities. Large patio and garden area completely enclosed for privacy with a barbeque and huge roof terrace with sea views. The complex is wonderfully quiet with a fabulous pool and children's pool and play area, the fabulous Marina with Restaurants, Bars and shops is a 5 minute walk away or Puerto Del Carmen with its 5 miles of Sandy beaches and lively nightlife is a 10 minute drive, or why not get the water taxi from the Marina front. We think our second home is perfect for couples or a young family, cots and high chairs are all available if needed. The area is beautifully maintained with Palm trees and gardens and mountain views to the rear.

Nearest Airport: Puerto Calero at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Playa Blanca at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Puerto Calero is a stunning Marina with shops bars and restaurants you can just sit and enjoy watching the boats or take a trip on the submarine or take the water taxi into Puerto Del Carmen for many shops bars and restaurants and a 5 mile sandy beach or visit Rancho Texas a great attraction with a zoo Horse riding, canoeing and evening entertainment with a cowboy show. You can travel into the capital Arrecife with designer shopping and a great beach, or in the opposite direction to Playa Blanca for more shopping they have a brand new Marina and ferries to Fuerteventura. There is also a selection of great beaches at Papagayo Just a short drive away is Timanfaya mountain the Islands resident Volcano and its famous restaurant designed by Cesar Manrique.

The property was as described and in very good condition.

Management company came on a regular basis to check all was Ok and provided clean bedding etc, and even gave the apartment a clean for you.

The marina at Puerto Calero has some good eating places and a very friendly pub, great place to relax and people watch!!

Overall we had a great two week relaxing break and made good use of the sun terrace which gives you complete privacy.

Would recommend for anyone looking for a quite spot in Lanzerote and also a good base for exploring the rest of the Island if you have never been to Lanzerote before.
