This newly built and furnished house (first time in 2011) is located next to house San Lorenzo 1, Chalets Direct # 753743 This house is located complete on the ground floor. There on the front towards the sea terrace / balcony overlooking the countryside and the sea about 3 km away. On the back of the house is a private pool and a terrace. House San Lorenzo 2 has a private pool for sole use, as well as the neighboring San Lorenzo 1 house has a private pool (look alike). Inside a modern living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and kitchenette with dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other. With two single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet A washing machine is available, as garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The air conditioner can be used for an extra fee.

The house is situated on the outskirts of San Lorenzo, in the countryside of Budoni on a hill with stunning views over the countryside and about 3 km from the sea. Budoni and its surroundings are known for beautiful, long sandy beaches. Agrustos Budoni is a district of restaurants, bars and shops and now insiders known and popular disco that our young guests would surely like to visit. Tanaunella is slightly elevated, a small town with shops and restaurants and Baia Sant Anna is a holiday area near the beach with small resorts. From here offer good possibilities for excursions into the country, or a trip down the east coast towards Orosei.
