The apartment has a PRIVATE Garden /Swimming Pool, which is only available for the exclusive use of residents and guests and leads directly onto the' Beautiful Beach', The apartment is located on the top floor of this exclusive block, and is spacious and furnished to a very high and comfortable standard to include a modern bathroom. Compact and well equipped kitchen facilities. Large spacious lounge area with double bed, two settees and an enclosed balcony with large surrounding/ sliding windows,dining table and a divan/sofa bed. Facilities include: Sky television(sky card required), video, CD Player, large cooling fans and an air conditioning unit. There are many facilities to enjoy in the area, such as golf, tennis, water sports. Skiing in the Sierra Nevada area. La Cala has a variety of restaurants and shops along with regular buses running into most coastal towns. If you just want to relax and stroll along a Beautiful Beach and have lunch in the restaurant downstairs or the beach bar by the pool garden then this is the ideal spot to just chill!!

Perfect Holiday

This holiday had everything we wanted. The apartment was clean and comfortable, it was like home from home, didn't want to come home. The pool and gardens were perfect, with the beach just through the gate, it couldn't get any better. Everything about our stay was ideal. La Cala is such a lovely town, it has all the amenities and still holds the Spanish charm. The beaches are wonderful, superb walks, swims. Restaurants are plentiful, on the beach and in town. Everything is so easy to get to, by walking, busing or car. Everyone is friendly. You can easily organise any day trips and knowing you come back to this lovely apartment, where you can relax, clean up and unwind is all one ever needs. Are we coming back..you just try and stop us.

the beach was beautiful and so was the property, we were not disappointed in any way. this was our sixth visit to la cala and will not be our last. the apartment was very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. the owner provided a very good service, checking before departure and providing a comprehensive package of instructions and location. altogether a very good experience.

This Holiday was perfect, there is no other way to describe it, thank you Fran Higham for letting us stay in your Beautiful Spanish Apartment, it was home from home and came with everything anyone could need, but it was the extra touches that made the difference, the view over the bay was superb and the sunrise spectacular, and the concern and help provided before and after the holiday by Fran and Shirley was beyond the realms of decency.

Recently enjoyed a perfect stay at Butiplaya The property was clean well maintained and homely The owner provided us with all the information required before we travelled Customer service was excellent and friendly
The views of La Cala beach from the balcony were fantastic especially sunrise and sunset The pool and gardens were very well maintained and led onto the long sandy beach
Ideal area either for staying locally or exploring Costa del Sol Good restaurants and reliable bus service locally If you want to go further afield and not hiring a car there is a trip booking office in La Cala

The apartment is very secure and is equipped with everything you need. The grounds and swimming pool are very well maintained. Excellent view from blacony. Direct access to beach from grounds. Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
