We are pleased to offer our second home for occasional rental to families who love to ski! Our unit is in exclusive Beaver Creek and is a remodeled, three bedroom plus enclosed loft, two bathroom townhouse. This was not purchased as an income property, it is a shared ownership second home for 4 Colorado families with children who love to ski!
Located among rolling foothills and tall spruce trees, overlooking the Beaver Creek Golf Course and inside the resort gates at Beaver Creek, this very spacious, three-level residence offers beautiful unobstructed views and a convenient location. At your front door you have access to a free shuttle that takes you slope-side and to shopping and restaurants in Beaver Creek.
There is a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with a twin bed and a twin trundle (can be combined to make another king bed), and an enclosed loft with a pullout couch with a queen bed. The unit comfortably will accommodate eight people and boasts over 1,600 square feet (much larger than many of the condos in Beaver Creek Village or Avon). The residence is predominantly utilized by the Colorado owners as a ski home for our families and does not get the wear and tear usually seen in other rental homes.
We are pleased to offer you and your family the opportunity to celebrate the ski season at our residence while enjoying spectacular skiing at Beaver Creek and adjoining Vail. We are located in between Bachelor's Gulch and Beaver Creek Village. You can walk a short way to ski out or ski in from the Ritz Carlton! Most families prefer to take the shuttle and take advantage of the door to door service. We offer more flexibility and much lower rates since we are a private owner.
