Peaceful retreat in the historic district awaits you. This charming Old Town home is located opposite our historic cemetery, just 5 blocks from Duval Street. Close to everything Key West has to offer. This home is highlighted by a new swimming pool with swim jets and jacuzzi jets for your exercise or relaxing pleasure.

This story & one half home has two bedroom, two baths and features a large living room with rattan/upholstered furnishings and an open dining area on the first floor. The kitchen sits to the rear of the house and opens to the pool and deck area complete with outdoor shower. The second floor features two bedrooms with queen size beds with the bath in between. The back bedroom opens to a large deck overlooking the pool area, as well as over the open space the neighboring cemetery provides. A great vista of Key West!

Newly landscaped in Jan. 2008, this property is a charmer. Enjoy old Key West.
