Great Accomodation In Disney

The villa is in a perfect location for everything Disney, eating places shops ect. It is spotlessly clean with plenty room and everything you could need for a family holiday. The pool is gorgeous, great to cool off in after a busy day. Great places to eat are Cracker Barrel, Perkins The Olive Garden and the Red Lobster.
The villa has lots of information on things to do. We went on a swamp tour on an air boat on Lake Kissimmee. It is a 50minute drive from the villa and is great fun, saw alligator and bald eagle !.
We will definately use this villa again !.

Great Family Holiday

arrived 12th September for 3 glorius weeks.
Villa was spotless plent of towels, bedding, and the fridge freezer
has a drinking water dispenser. Plenty of room to chill out after
being round the parks, did not need pool heat on as weather was
really hot. Nice quiet area, just 2 or 3 min drive to Walmart
We had been home for 5 days when we tried to book the same villa
again for same dates and its already booked. What can I say Geoff
you have a really fantastic villa, I would recommend it to all my
friends and relatives.
We did Universal Studios, Islands of adventure, Seaworld,
Aquatica and Busch Gardens. The Simpsons ride is Brill
and Mantu at Seaworld - scariest ride I have ever been on
We really love the Olive Garden at the Loop and Ruby
Tuesdays on the 192

Geoff and Thelma's villa is absolutley lovely.4 large bedrooms,2 bathrooms great kitchen and living room,all spotless,bright and cheerful.Pool fantastic.Geoff phoned us on our first day there,a welcome personal touch.
The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac with a lake close by,therefore no through traffic!,but only a few minutes from Wal*Mart and numerous restaurants on the 192.
The parks(Disney,Seaworld,Universal) are about 20mins away, we also highly recommend "Forever Florida Eco-Safaris"turn East on the 192, thru St.Cloud to Hopolaw,wonderful Floridian fauna and flora at its best.
Would recommend this villa to all,you really can't get any better!

4 Bedroom Villa with excellent facilities

We found this 4 bedroom villa to be one of the best villas that we have stayed in. It is in an excellent location. All the theme parks are only a short drive away. Walmart is literally 2 minuites away as are many restaurants, bars and shops. Geoff and Thelma provided excellent customer service and a nice touch was when Geoff telephoned us on our first day to make sure everything was satisfactory. The villa was clean, well maintained and had every possible amenity you could require. The pool was beautiful and the Disney room was appreciated greatly by our 5 year old son! The quiet location was ideal after a busy day visiting the theme parks and shops and a great time was had by one and all! We would not hesitate to use this villa again on future visits to the Sunshine State and we can thoroughly recommend this villa to young and old.

A beautiful villa. Large bedrooms and lounge area. Great kitchen with a huge fridge for gatorade and powerade, fruit and water.
The laundry area in the garage served well as an airing room. Clothes were dry in a day !
The key safe on the front door works well and removes the need to carry it with you all day.
The lake area at the end of the road is nice for running round early morning, didn't see any gators in it !
The villa location is superb. Close to the 192 and I4. Disney areas just up the road, dozens of restuarants on the 192. Florida Mall, International Drive, The Loop and the Sports Authority all just off the I4 at the end of the 192.
We are coming back to Florida and will stay at this villa everytime in the future.
