Come stay with us and take advantage of our ideal location, beautiful house, and locals' knowledge. From the time you pull into the garage, you will enjoy the comforts of this Old Town home!

When you come inside you will feel at home as you decide what to do first after a long day of play. Do you prepare a cocktail or snack in the well-equipped kitchen, or do you watch what's on the flat panel TV while relaxing on the large, comfy sectional sofa? If you'd like, you can create a more romantic setting by turning on the gas fireplace!

Instead of staying inside, maybe you'd like to soothe your muscles in the private hot tub or freshen up and take the short walk to historic Main Street for shopping, dining, galleries and coffee houses (we're located only an 8-10 minute walk away!)

And for those of you who can't completely get away, we have WI/FI as well.

How ever you choose to spend your vacation, we are confident that you will truly enjoy your accommodations! We love our return customers and strive to make you one, too.

We enjoy this location because we love to walk right to the resort during the winter, mountain bike from the driveway during the summer, and walk Main Street year 'round. Not many places in the world offer all of that!

What makes this house unique

We enjoy the convenience of good travel accommodations and have outfitted the house with great amenities such as flip flops to wear to the hot tub, custom boot dryers, fans and humidifiers to help you sleep better. If there is something specific that would make your vacation better, don't hesitate to ask!

Wonderful house in a great location

This house sits in a great location within easy walking distance to slopes at Park City Resort. It's very well appointed, immaculately clean and has everthing you need for a great vacation. In addition, Elizabeth is one of the most repsonsive property managers that I've ever dealt with. She goes out of her way to make sure you everything you need for a great vacation. Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a high-end rental.

Our party of 6 had a fabulous time on Empire Ave. The home is really cozy, has all the amenities a family needs: great kitchen, spacious bedrooms, a dining room that sits 8, awesome showers and more. Location wise it cant be beat, walking distance to Main St. as well as PCMR. We also loved all the attention to detail the owners put into this home: boot warmers, a pool table, laundry machine, ski rack, hot tub, comfortable pillows, humidifiers, soft towels, all the kitchen gadgets etc etc etc. The only thing we were surprised by was not seeing any condiments or oil or sugar etc. I assume they really clean the house out in case of allergies for the next family. But this is nothing a short ride to the local supermarket cant fix. All in all, we are super happy with this house! Lastly, Elizabeth really took care of every detail and was in touch with us through the entire process - thank you Elizabeth!

The house was great with a family of 5, its location is amazing. It is walking distance to the park city mountain. Elizabeth did a great job setting the house up and giving us information about the town. She event lent us some baby stuff and kid toys.
