The apartment is located in the Choriner courtyards, a new construction project in the Mitte district. The Berlin court here was defined and realized with the latest architectural and urban planning concepts. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a terrace and a small garden. The living room is transformed into a spacious veranda with soil depths windows and a glass door. In addition to the double bed you can win a few steps further two beds a sofa bed. The Finnish and Danish designer furniture are characterized by color and texture. The light and color scheme was designed by interior designers and manufactured. The Miele kitchen impresses with its design and functionality.

Underfloor heating, oak flooring, bathroom with bath and high quality tiles and fixtures are standard.

Alexanderplatz is just a stone throw away. In a few minutes you are on Kollwitzplatz with its trendy shops and many restaurants and pubs. The cultural highlights sinf easily accessible from here. In addition to 2 subway lines there by tram a super convenient transportation. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The famous Acker Hall, with a large grocery store is just a 3 minute walk.

Fabulous apartment in an ideal location

We loved this apartment--modern, stylish, comfortable, and immaculate, with a kitchen I'd like to take home to Seattle with me. There are numerous good restaurants and bakeries within a five-minute walk of the apartment and a lovely park just half a block away.

Rosenthaler Platz (U-Bahn station and trams in every direction) is a few blocks from the apartment. We got to the Museum Island in under ten minutes. A surprise to us was how quiet the apartment was--it faces the interior courtyard and the street is very, very quiet.

Our only regret is that we couldn't enjoy the beautiful terrace outside our bedroom....February is a bit chilly for al fresco dining. We plan to return in warmer weather!

A colourful choice

The apartment is new, full of colour and light. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, and the building is well organised and silent. The location is very convenient, close to the town center and well connected with public transportation, and in a lovely area, with a lot of shops, restaurants and parks. It is a perfect solution for a short holiday in Berlin
