Apartment 1-4C is a luxurious self-catering air-conditioned two bedroom, two bathroom unit with living and dining room, kitchen and balcony. Located on the fourth floor of Block 1 at Turtle Beach Towers, this apartment is on the sea front and offers fabulous views of the bay at Ocho Rios as well as the swimming pool and nearby hills. Apartment 1-4C is most suitable for four, but with the pull out sofa bed, it can accommodate six persons, two being children. It is the perfect home for a vacation which will focus on Ocho Rios and all that it has to offer - Dunn's River Falls, Swimming with Dolphins, Fern Gully, Horseback Riding, Water Sports, Restaurants, Shopping, Nightlife and more. So much is within walking distance and transportation is very easy to arrange. This beautifully furnished and decorated apartment is spacious (995 square feet). The gorgeous white sand beach is a mere stone's throw away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • US$975 for two bedrooms for a maximum of 4 persons.
    More than 4 persons, US$175 per week for each additional person two years old and over. No charge for babies.
  • Minimum stay is one week. Additional nights are 1/7 of Weekly Rates.
    You may utilize the Hotels' Shuttle Bus for transfers from the Montego Bay Airport to Turtle Beach Towers at a cost of US$20 per person. Private Airport Transfers from Montego Bay to Turtle Beach Towers can also be arranged for you at our usual rates. The apartment can accommodate more than four persons, up to six, but there may be no more than four adults. There is a charge of US$25 per night for each additional person.

    You may arrive and depart on any day of the week. Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon.
  • Payments:
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Official Bank Cheques, International Money Orders, and Bank Wire Transfers to our account.

    Deposit:
    Reservations are confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

    Balance:
    The balance is due 30 days before the start of the booking period. If you are making the booking less than 30 days to your arrival, the full amount is required to confirm the booking.

    Refunds:
    In case you cancel, a full refund, less US$50 service fee, will be made only if the property is rented to another party.

Additional Details:: Staff: The apartment is cleaned everyday by a housekeeper. She will come in the mornings for a couple hours to make the rooms, tidy, and do the dishes. Security: The Turtle Beach Towers complex has engaged the services of a private security company which provides twenty-four hour security. Privacy: To protect the privacy of the properties and their guests, service providers are not allowed on the properties. Arrival Information: Fly to Sangster International airport in Montego Bay. Turtle Beach Towers is located in Ocho Rios. The drive from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios follows the North Coast highway and takes approximately one hour and forty-five minutes. Beach and bath towels and all linen are provided.

Across the street from Turtle Beach Towers is Island Village, one of Jamaica's top shopping and entertainment attractions. There is a lot of information on Ocho Rios on the web.

'I had a fantastic visit... The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need in it. Stephanie is just a dream & endash; she called every day and had no problem leaving us alone when we just wanted to 'chill'. ...the staff are all friendly and the pool and grounds were always clean and tidy. I really feel I have found a gem - have already told some of my close friends but don't want to spread the word too far as I want to make sure its available for me !! The whole process of booking etc with you was easy and communication prompt and easy to understand. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.' Janice Mezzetti, NY, NY, USA.

our little piece of heaven and we booked to return

Having just stayed in Apartment 1-4C, Turtle Towers I am writing to say how lovely it was. My friend came over from Philadelphia and we had a wonderful two weeks there. The weather was'nt brilliant but who cares and it was much better than what each of us had left at home

The Apartment itself is our little piece of heaven and we have already booked to return in June. The views from each of the windows is priceless and to sit on the balcony over looking the bay, having many a rum and coke what more could you ask for?

Two large bedrooms, one en-suite and one family bathroom. Washer and Dryer which we found so helpful, never again will I take so much stuff when I can do my own laundry. Fully working kitchen and a lovely large cold fridge/freezer. Music Systems, TV and DVD even books to read - if you have nothing else to do

But most of all so spacious and comfy

All the Staff are so friendly, from Stephanie our Housekeeper, the reception and even the guards on the gate

Looking forward to June!
