The maisonette is romantic, with great attention and has all the modern comforts. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining / living room with antique furniture. A bathroom with shower. The bedroom is in the loft with separate toilet and wash basin.

The apartment is in a neo-Gothic florin matic apartment house from the 19th Century. It is located on the first floor without elevator, is bright and very quiet. The maisonette is a gem and is located in the historic district. 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and Mercato Centrale. Supermarket, bakery, bike rental and bus stations are 2 minutes from the apartment.
