Whether you read a book, enjoy a glass of wine or want to have a relaxed evening of TV, just do it, you're on holiday. On 150 m² you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very nice residential area. There is plenty of space and opportunities to enjoy the day. The living room is very comfortably furnished, equipped with a large LCD TV.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and two bathrooms naturally equipped with enough towels. In your bag should have enough space to keep great buy.

The large pool area is fantastic to spend a lot of time at the pool.

The pool is a salt water pool, which means no red eyes, no itchy skin - on the contrary:

Salt has a positive effect on the skin.

The Applebee is only 3 minutes walking distance to homes and Tropical Sunset Tropical Garden.

If you are with friends or parents / in-laws want to go on vacation, there are the houses to each other ideally.

Car: recommended

The Wischis Florida Home 'Apple Been' is conveniently located in SW Cape Coral. In 5 minutes you reach the bridge to Fort Myers and in another 15 - 20 minutes to the beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the bridge to Sanibel Iceland. A Publix supermarket is right nearby. The Tanger Outlet can be reached in about 20 minutes and the Miromar in about 40 minutes.

By boat you are in 10 minutes on the river, which is quick on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.

No bridge, no lock, top location if you want to rent a boat.
