absolute centre, 2 bedrooms (5 pers.), high-grade baby bed, fully equipped, WiFi

We offer a charming, quiet two-room apartment in one of the nicest quarters of Berlin. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a very well-kept Art Nouveau house with several historical details, e.g. beautiful Art Nouveau mosaics in the portal/entrance area. It is completely equipped with parquet flooring and is very bright. The spacious living-room with integrated kitchen is furnished with a dining table, Art Nouveau sideboard and a very comfortable sofa (double bed). There are flowers and herbs blooming in front of the generous windows, the latter can be harvested by you when required. Open the windows and have breakfast in the sun from mid-March to mid-October! Like the living-room, the cozy little bedroom with double bed also offers a nice view of the inner courtyard twined around with vine. Our apartment is suitable for 2 to 5 persons and also for 2 persons, who would like to sleep in separate rooms. The pretty little bathroom can be accessed separately from both rooms.

Our apartment located at the corner of Niebuhrstraße and Wielandstraße, thus in the absolute center of the west-City, is particularly suitable for guests interested in arts and culture, who also like to go out and have fun in a sophisticated and lavish atmosphere. The stylish restaurants, trendy cocktail bars and cozy cafés with lavish summer terraces lined around Savignyplatz mostly offer very reasonable prices in spite of the upscale ambience. The German Opera, Berlin State Opera, Theater des Westens and Schaubühne are within walking distance. After a 3 min. walk to Savignyplatz suburban railroad station, the train will take you to Friedrichstraße suburban railroad and underground station close to the Museum Island and Reichstag in just 11 minutes. Fair visitors easily reach the exhibition grounds (Messegelände/ICC) by direct train from Savignyplatz station (travel time 7 minutes).

Notes

  • The overnight stay rate of 79,- EUR/night applies to an occupancy by 1 or 2 persons, plus electricity as per consumption according to the meter reading (electricity costs usually are between 1.00 EUR and 2.50 EUR per day for the whole apartment). Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost. For an occupancy of 3 to 5 persons the additional charge per extra adult is 22.50 EUR/night (12.50 EUR/night for children up to the age of 12). The final cleaning is included with a stay of 5 nights or longer, for stays shorter than 5 nights the charge is 1 x 45,- EUR with an occupancy of 1 to 2 and 1 x 60,- EUR with an occupancy of 3 to 5 persons. A cleaning or change of bed linen during stays is also possible upon request (cleaning during stays including change of bed linen 45,- EUR with an occupancy of 1 to 2 and 1 x 60,- EUR with an occupancy of 3 to 5 persons; change of bed linen only 12,- EUR per bed). For the joint use of our washing machine, we charge 6,- EUR per wash (upon request)
  • Special offer for 1 week: 7=6 (474,- EUR per week) for 1 or 2 persons, surcharge per extra adult 122.50 EUR for 1 week or 6 nights (67.50 EUR for children up to the age of 12). This special offer and the remission of the costs for the final cleaning are not valid in high season times like over Easter, Christmas, New Year's and other important holidays, during major fairs, congresses and conventions, sporting events etc and during the core school holiday tiimes. Please enquire individually regarding the mentioned periods of time, as they vary each year!

  • The pretty little bathroom is tiled in turquoise green and white and is equipped with a shower, a Villeroy & Boch-washbasin and WC. Lavender is growing in the window box. The bathroom is accessible both from the bedroom as well as from the living-room, so you don't have to walk through the other's room to get to the bath. Also, the bathroom doors can be locked both from the inside and the outside ensuring the greatest possible privacy. A hair-dryer, 2 towels per person, extra hand towels and facial tissues are provided.

The high-grade sofabed (1.60 x 2 metres) in the living-room offers another sleeping option for 2 persons. When required, an additional high-grade single bed can be provided. Thus, our apartment is suitable for 2 to 5 persons as well as for 2 persons, who wish to sleep in separate bedrooms. For guests with a small child there is an additional high-grade and very well-kept baby bed, which can be put up both in the bedroom and the living-room.
