Separate studio for max. 4 people

Newly built apartment with separate entrance. The kitchen and dining area to the south is very bright Everything is kept in rural style. Oiled wooden floors and the bathroom and kitchen tiles. Sat TV in the living room and bedroom.
Nearest Train : Bad Endorf at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway : Rosenheim at 12 Kilometres
Nearest Golf : Höslwang at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Restaurant : Gasthof Kern at 50 Metres

The apartment is centrally located but in a quiet side street. Halfing has bakery, pharmacy, banks, butcher, chemist, supermarket, bottle shop and eateries. There is a swimming pond there (about 1km), and many other ponds in the vicinity. There is a very extensive network of cycle paths, a Kneipp pool, great hiking trails and a Moorlehrpfad. Lake Chiemsee with men's and women's island is about 10
