Very peaceful apartment in the Kiez, complete and modern equipment, 4-6 people

Top floor: Modern equipment, living/sleeping area with very cosy style elements in the open roof area, which you can reach through a staircase from the 4th floor. Comfortable box spring bed 180 x 200, cold foam mattress and top mattress, along with exclusive brand name bedsheets, cushioned corner with Ottoman, game corner for children, Sony flat screen TV Bravia 32', different furniture and image decoration.

4th floor: Very peaceful bedroom with wooden bed Maison 160 x 200, 7-zone-foam mattress, large closet, completely equipped built-in kitchen with dining corner, small bathroom, hall with cloakroom.

Experience Berlin in the popular Friedrichshain district! Your holiday apartment is located on the Gärtnerstrasse near the Boxhagener Platz. The surrounding is distinguished through the district with a special flair in Friedrichshain. Around the Boxhagener Platz you will find cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs, there are alone 1900 places to sit on the wide sidewalks. The Wühlischstraße has developed into a fashion mile with a lot of small labels. In the surrounding area you will find a row of bio and natural stores, next-door there is the gourmet shop 'Proviant', across from this you can sit in the 'kaufbar' like in your living room and somewhat longer when having breakfast from the 'Eckbank - bio-eggs with bacon' up to the 'Beach basket'.

We had a great stay in this really nice apartment in a great area of Berlin on our first trip ever to this amazing town. The apartment exceeded our expectations and was nicely renovated and modern but still with a lot of charm. It was also very clean and quiet since it is facing the courtyard. Simply perfect! The area is full of energy with lots of restaurants, bars, cafées and small shops and there are supermarkets nearby. The S-ban and U-ban stations are also within walking distance, by 5-10 min, making it easy to get around Berlin. We warmly recommend this apartment and location and are longing to go back.
