The appartment house lies on sunny and central position, by lake promenade

There is a covered balcony with furniture and another smaller balcony. Building has elevator/lift. Arrival by car to the house is possible. Parking space is included. Bus stop and Locarno city center, with many shopping possibilities, are ca. 300m. Train station is ca. 500m. Public pool and beach are ca. 800m. Bed, kitchen and bath linen are available. Washing machine, shared with building residents, is available for common use. Pets are not allowed. 3½-room apartment for 4 persons, 6th floor

new renovated appartment in 2010, modern furnished. Entrance. Livingroom with dining and seating area, cable TV, Hi-Fi, DVD, exit on lateral and covered balcony with sungates, view on the lake and the mountains. Kitchen separate but open to living room (no doors), modern cooking combi with E-stove, dishwasher. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower/toilet, exit on small lateral balcony. 1 bedroom with two beds. Bathroom with tube/toilet.
