Better than advertised

Before we even arrived, the staff was impressively available, answering questions promptly. More so when we arrived—they couldn't have been more helpful with every detail. Good, honorable people.
Breezy Shore prettier than the pictures: bright and sunny, with beautiful windows and a cozy sheltered patio with ocean view. I just sat, stared, and melted away. Spotlessly clean and roomy, with a princely bathroom which you'll appreciate when you're tired, hot and sandy.
The beach: a minute's walk on a private trail. We encountered exactly two humans in three days. (Both were charming.) Sand soft as talc, not a blemish. There is no prettier beach.
It's just a minute from the airport, which was a concern, but I didn't hear a single plane. No noise at all except the clattering palms, the ocean waves, and one confident bird who seemed to know all the songs.
Just a minute north is a nearly unmarked hotel with a great bar/restaurant, Exuma Palms. Go there for a romantic dinner. (Get a reservation: only a few tables.) Then head back to Breezy Shore, pour yourself a cocktail, and watch the moon rise over the ocean.
