The first class and beautifully renovated lake house is surrounded by a huge Brodowin garden full of fruit trees and has its own direct access to the lake. The house can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms: one in the ground floor, equipped with a sleeper sofa. Cots can be delivered. The large living room in winter, a crackling open fire in the glassed-in veranda at breakfast guests enjoy the all-round view of the lush nature. The house has 2 bathrooms (toilet, shower or bathtub). The kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine, TV, DVD and stereo available. The house has no fixed line. The lake house is for rent all year round and offers, especially in autumn and winter, the possibility of game viewing, reading long walks or bike rides through the countryside or just relax by the fireplace. Just a stone's throw from Berlin, but in the heart of the Biosphere Reserve Schorfheide-Chorin Brodowin the lake house is located in an idyllic location right on Parsteinsee. From the park-like garden guests have private access to the crystal clear lake offering rowing, sailing and diving. Especially for children, the flat, sandy entry is from the swimming area. Shopping facilities within few minutes from the farm shop offers especially organic farms in the ecovillage Brodowin. Larger shops and supermarkets are within about 15-20 minutes in Eberswalde and Angermünde. Worthwhile excursions in the immediate vicinity are the "best little zoo in Germany" in Eberswalde, the famous ship Niederfinow and the ancient Cistercian monastery Chorin, which provides in the summer months, an ambitious music festival.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Chorin, Germany

Notes

  • High season: 1 June - 30 September, also at Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year. Rent by the week during high season only. The daily rate includes the cost of electricity, water and heating, and the use of the washing machine. Cot (s) and high chair, we also prepared. Please indicate this when booking. Additional costs: Final cleaning is € 50.00, for your dog, we charge € 5.00 per day (maximum of € 25.00 per booking period). Other animals are not allowed. Upon request we provide bed linen and towels for the price of € 9.00 per kit. For firewood we compute € 5 per basket.

  • Three bedrooms are upstairs with wonderful views over the garden and lake. There is also a bathroom with tub and a separate toilet. A small bedroom with a sofa bed on the ground floor, where there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms have wooden floors, transom windows and are furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furniture. The bathrooms have underfloor heating and tiles.
