The Oceanview-Loft is in a quiet and central location in the noble district of Vitória, an upscale residential neighbourhood very centrally located between Barra and the historic centre Pelourinho, just 10 minutes walking distance to beach Porto da Barra and Barra with shops, excellent restaurants and language schools, bus stop exactly in front of the building, near bakeries, shops and Campo Grande Park. Vitória is filled with colonial buildings, upscale high-rise apartment buildings and museums, bus stop in front of building with public transportation to every destination and beautiful beaches. Exzellent location for Carneval between Barra and Campo Grande.
