Cross-country and downhill skiing. Cross next to the house. Also floodlit tracks possible. (Illuminated 1km. Outside the house)

Large ski area Itter, Scheffau, Ellmau, very close (10 -15 minutes)

Ski Hopfgarten, Westendorf, very close. (About 20 minutes)

Our house is directly surrounded by the mountains. The local mountain with height of cà first 400m height. Easy access. Hexenwasser on the Hohe Salve, wonderful Bergbanorama. Toboggan rides. Lakes nearby. Shops in Wörgl, Kufstein with the survey Heldenorgel and fortress. approx 15km. away. Rattenberg with its beautiful old town about 15 km distance.

Excursions to Salzburg, Innsbruck

Winter: Cross country ski lifts at the house. Children toboggan run right at the house. Large ski area

ca'12-15km. Toboggan run ca'14km. away. Husky Ranch very close.
