Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom villa 'Ylang-Ylang' with tropical gardens and communal infinity pool. Sits in a prime position on the lagoon edge and overlooks the superb bay of Trou d’Eau Douce. The stunning view is one of the most beautiful in Mauritius. Three of the best Golf courses of Mauritius are within 10km reach. Numerous restaurants are to be found in the immediate vicinity.

Villa Ylang-Ylang sits in a prime position on the lagoon edge and overlooks the superb bay of Trou d’Eau Douce. The stunning view is one of the most beautiful in Mauritius. Ylang-Ylang is the main villa of a secured property which covers 4,400 square metre of tropical garden. Four duplexes share the property with our villa. Independent of the duplexes and its own garden is private. The continuous spectacle of the day cruise catamarans, of the deep sea fishing boats going out to tease the marlins and of the fishermen pirogues going out and returning from their fishing day is unique. The dragon-flies in the sky are simply the sails of the Kite-surfs. The communal infinity swimming pool of 17x4.5m is fabulous.

Four 18-hole golf courses are within a 12 km radius of our villa Ylang-Ylang.

The world renowned Ile Aux Cerfs is 15 minutes away by boat. Numerous catamarans offer day cruises in the magical lagoon. It is possible for our guests to embark from our private jetty.

Ferries will also take you to Ile Aux Cerfs and its beautiful beaches from our jetty. Though our villa sits in a typical fishing village many shops offering a wide range of textiles for which Mauritius is famous are to be found a few minutes walk away. Fresh fish can be purchased daily at the fishing wharf 400 metres from the villa.

Numerous restaurants are to be found in the immediate vicinity. The most famous are Chez Tino, Le Four-à-Chaux and Le Café des Arts.

20 per cent on reservation, 60 per cent one month before arrival. both by bank transfer. The balance 20% in cash Euros on arrival.
