If 8 or more people in the main house, there will be an additional 10.00 per person per night. If you have more than 10 you may want to book the cottage too.

Newly updated and renovated! The Edgewood House Cottage is a spacious 2 20x24 room(s) apartment located just a few cobbled stone steps to the back of the House. It has it's own entrance and is separate from the House. The cottage will sleep 6-9 more people comfortably.

There is a minimum reservation of 3 days during peak season May 10- Aug 15. During peak season reservations must be three days or longer. High demand weeks may require a four day stay, though we try to be as flexible as possible.
