This property is elegant, spacious and very very quiet. It was perfect for us. Only disappointment was that the DVD player would not accept our UK discs. Car is necessary and it is a long way from theme parks (whoopee!), shops, restaurants and beaches are all close by.

Lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood. We used the lanai for 3 meals a day most days, with plenty of room for supper guests on a few occassions. The property manager was very responsive to our few concerns / questions. The neighbourhood requires one to have a car to get to golf courses and beaches. The bungalow is accessible for persons of all ages and someone in a walker. It would be wheelchair accessible with minor modification. We did not require the optional safety fence around the pool, but the fact that one is there is helpful for those with small children.

A lovely house.

We were pleasantly surprised at the space in this house, and it was so clean to walk into.
The kitchen was well equipped - even having some basic stores and a welcome tray with tea, coffee, coffee mate etc.The master bathroon is vast, although the shower tray can become quite slippery when washing and conditioning hair.
The Rotonda does not have any shops really nearby, you need to go to Port Charlotte for the nearest Mall, though there is an ordinary supermarket about 2 miles away. A car is really essential. We found Englewood to be a dead loss, but Sarasota was excellent for shopping.
Good for watching birds too, a cormorant regularly dried out on the landing stage opposite. Good value for money.
