Our beautiful luxury villa has 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 themed twin rooms ( a Mickey one and a Stars & Stripes one) with a family bathroom, a large games room with multi sport table and separate pool table, living room, dining room, family room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and best of all a large south facing private pool with plenty of loungers etc for al fresco living. Fully air conditioned with all linen and towels provided - you just need to turn up! Located in a small and exclusive resort with a beautiful lake (lots of wildlife) and children's play area, between Poinciana Boulevard and the 192 in Kissimmee. 10 minutes jam free drive to Disney attractions and golf courses. Shopping malls, restaurants, huge Wal-Mart and Medieval Times attraction just a walk away - there really is something for everyone on your doorstep!

  • Prices shown include all state taxes.
    Pool heating is optional and costs £100 per week - recommended November - March.
    Cleaning surcharge of £50 on stays less than a week.
    Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit (£200 per week). The final balance plus a security deposit of £200 is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
