Waterfront house with private sea access, quiet, large sun deck

You will wake up and hear only the roaring sea, no car noise, no trains. You will enjoy breakfast with croissants on the 35m² sun deck with views of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and the coast of Antibes in the distance. Too hot? Too much sun? Go over to the side terrace or to the round balcony around the lounge, to the trees behind the house, to the seaside terrace in front of the house, or... or... or... Then jump in the ocean and swim from beneath the romantic little pedestrian stone bridge to the open sea. Once you’ve cooled down, take a walk on the beach path to the old harbour of Nice with its huge yachts. Maybe a snack in a bistro, and then (always along the sea, which you have not left for a second since you woke up) into the middle of the modern heart of Nice with its world-famous Baie des Anges. Marché aux fleurs lunch. Back by bus. Shopping 5 min. Stairs down to the house. A fairy tale?

Our holiday house is new on the market & will be rented out for the 1st time from April 1st, 2011. Completely refurbished in 2010/beginning of 2011, almost everything is new: windows, curtains, floor coverings, furniture, kitchen, both bathrooms, mattresses, daybed etc. You can swim in front of your own terrace & take a shower in your own bathroom whenever you feel like it. Seaviews: 180 degrees of sea, not only for the eyes, but also for ears, nose & skin. Tranquillity: no street, no other noise (train, mopeds, cars, bells, lawnmowers etc.) After the stroll through the noisy town, you will long for the house’s tranquillity. Location: Not secluded, so you can go to town or do your shopping by foot. Orientation: Not east- or west-facing, which would mean that it has sun only in the mornings or in the evenings, but south-facing. Sea: Not half a lake but the open sea with a cool breeze on hot days. Vegetation: Beautiful trees & flowers from the south to your right & left. Please compare.

Cannes Film Festival, GP of Monaco: The house is also perfect for exclusive accommodation during the Cannes Film Festival or the Grand Prix of Monaco. From Nice station you go straight to the centre of Monaco, which is probably the fastest existing connection.

This seaside house is perfect for 2-4 people.

Located directly on the Mediterranean Sea, it has two floors. On the first floor, you’ll have free, panoramic views of the sea. There is a big, comfortable daybed for 2 people, a modern, open plan kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a dressing room.

In the downstairs room you will sleep in a large, electric double bed. Spacious bathroom with bathtub/toilet. You have direct access to the sea and to the laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the large 35m² terrace, you can relax and enjoy the free views of the sea and the passing ships. The terrace can be accessed individually from both rooms.

You won’t be able to elude from the unforgettable moments of watching the most beautiful cruise ships, yachts and sailing boats pass by on their way from Villefranche-sur-Mer or Monaco.

Non-smoker house, no pets.
