• Rental rates for the residential studio for up to 2 persons: low season A (1-2 persons): 4 July 2011 until 01 July 2011 Price per week: € 299,00, minimum stay 1 week high season A (1-2 persons): 2 July 2011 to 15 July 2011 Price per week: € 399,00, minimum stay 1 week high season B (1-2 persons): 16 July 2011 to 26 August 2011 Price per week: € 449,00, minimum stay 1 week in low season B (1-2 persons): 27 August 2011 to 09 September 2011, Price per week: € 349,00, minimum stay 1 week in low season, C (1-2 persons): 10 September 2011 to 24 September 2011, Price per week: € 289,00, minimum stay 1 week
• The indicated prices apply for the advertised apartment for up to 4 people. For each additional person we charge an extra € 5.00 per day. The payment of the rent is only indicated in € currency. Each offer that we have provide you with a validity of 3 days from the date of sending the email / call. To reserve an apartment a deposit is required 30% of the total price. This is to be paid within 7 days to our account. This allows us a precise layout of the apartments and avoids double counting. For the deposit, we use a bank account in Austria, as would otherwise incur high expenses for the transfer. The relevant data to confirm the account, you will receive an email if you want to reserve an apartment. The balance is payable on arrival. Rates include all taxes according to the law in Croatia. There are no additional costs.
• Preferred Arrival and departure day is Saturday. This may change after consultation. Arrival: * Departure from 12:00 clock: 09:00 clock * The apartment must be on the departure day to night. to ensure are 9:00 left tidy for the timely cleaning of the apartments.
