The Country House Era of Pou is surrounded by acres of land that has a 1000 m² garden with Mediterranean vegetation. At the bottom of the spacious, bright dining room is filled with comfortable sofas and a dining area for family meals. The fireplace on cooler days, a cozy atmosphere. Large wooden doors open onto the covered terrace with large dining table. In the basement are still the well-equipped kitchen and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double room with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom. The first floor houses two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom. A large covered balcony offers beautiful views over the garden and pool. The outdoor area is very beautiful. A sun terrace surrounded the pool and invites you to linger. A barbecue is no shortage of culinary delights. There is also an outdoor shower and an outhouse. The fabulous views of the surrounding area will let the world forget.

The Era of the Finca Pou is outside of Cas Concos in the beautiful countryside in the southeast of Mallorca. In the immediate vicinity you will find charming almond and olive groves. In the nearby village of Cas Concos there are romantic restaurants, supermarket and bars. Only 15 km away and Cala d'Or the enchanting south-east coast of Majorca, famous for its numerous coves with crystal clear water. 10 minutes drive away, the charming nature reserve is Mondragó with white sandy beaches and pine forests with shaded picnic areas. For golf lovers the famous Vall D'Or golf course is only 10 minutes drive away. The market town of Santanyi and Felanitx are just 8 km away, and the port town of Porto Colom and Porto Petro directly with romantic seaside restaurants. The island capital of Palma and its attractions can be reached and a visit in about 1 hour by car.

  • Towels and cleaning: For stays up to 7 days, a change of towels in the week, as well as easy cleaning in between. For longer stays once a week change of linen and towel change every easy intermediate cleaning. The final cleaning is included. Towel set per person: a bath towel + a small towel. Kleinkind-/Babyausstattung: A Children set consisting of a high chair and bed (60 x 120cm) is provided free of charge upon request, another is with 5 each - € per bed / chair and night. Extra bed: case the accommodation offers the possibility to set up an extra bed and this will be soon, we will charge for bed linen and towel per night 5th - €.
