Activities in the area:

The house 'Il Colle' is located in the Natural Park Sasso Simone Simon cello. Well-marked trails in the park, on the Monte Carpegna and the Alpe della Luna in the near Tuscany offer different levels of difficulty. Little traffic makes cycling a pleasure. Fishing and Horse riding in Carpegna. Motifs from medieval castles to colorful fall foliage make the heart of every photographer.

In the summer, swimming pools offer well-located in Villa Grande (15 mins) or Casinina (25 min) refreshment. Days on the beach in Rimini, Cattolica, Riccione and Pesaro offer with sandy beach to cliff variety.
