Our new executive 4 Bedroom villa is located on the gated community of West Haven, Davenport close to Champions Gate. The villa boasts a large covered pool with spa. A large back garden/yard with complete privacy at the back with a sunning deck and accompanying furniture. Our 24 hour management company are there should you require assistance on your holiday. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard; both master bedrooms have a large queen size bed and access to private en-suites and large wardrobes. The two remaining rooms have twin beds wardrobes and a shared bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a TV and one has a games console. The family room has cable television, stereo, wifi and DVD player and large sliding doors onto the lanai area by the pool. Kitchen comes with all facilities you could need for self catering. The communal facilities close to villa offer a gym, large pool, volleyball, tennis courts and childrens play area.

10 minutes to the main gate at the Disney World Resort ; 25 minutes to Sea World; 15 minutes to Walt Disney world village (night life, entertainment and restaurants); 30 minutes to Universal Studios; 1 hour to Kennedy Space Centre; 45 minutes to the Gulf/Atlantic beaches; 30 minutes to the Florida Mall; 15 minutes to the Premier factory outlets; 30 minutes to the millennia mall (world class shopping e.g. Macy's & Bloomingdales). There are many Golf Courses within a very short drive including the world renowned Champions Gate golf resort (3 minutes). Old Town Kissimee is also worth a visit in the evening. With the towns range of old style buildings, you can stroll along the street browsing at the shops or stop to have something to eat. There is also a fun fare at each end of the street. On some Friday and Saturday evenings local petrol heads get their old classic American cars out for slow drive past along the street; the evenings are sometimes topped off with live music.

Other Activities: Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM and Animal Kingdom.), Golf and Shoppng Outlets.

Fantastic holiday in a marvellous villa

We visited this villa in September 2009 and had a fantastic 10 day holiday here. This was our first holiday in Florida and this accomodation has certainly set the standard for all our holidays going forward; so much so that we have already booked again for 2010 and we have also recommended it to several friends.

The villa looks amazing in the listing, but is even better in reality. It's maintained to an excellent standard throughout and is extremely spacious and comfortable. It's been thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped with everything you need on holiday, and more besides.

It's in a perfect location and provides an ideal base from which to visit all of the main attractions/activities, whatever your interests are. It's also great to just relax by the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The communication and service from the owners was excellent throughout. The information pack sent upon balance payment was excellent for first-time visitors to Florida, as we were, and covered everything we needed. There was also a comprehensive information folder and attaction details in the villa which again was helpful.

I do not usually write reviews of holidays/accomodations on sites such as these, but we loved it here!
